A well deserved five star rating. Rian at the showroom couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgable when it came to helping us choose the right fireplace. After sales communication was also good when it came to providing fitting dates and answering additional questions. Thanks also to goes Simon and Russ who skillfuly fitted the fireplace. A professional and clean job. A first rate end to end experience from the team.
Wow just wow what a fantastic experience with these guys so glad we chose them to install our media wall and fire great service and fantastic workmanship from start to finish would highly recommend
By far one of the worst companies I have dealt with from purchase to installation. Placed an order at the beginning of September which I was told would arrive in a week. It came several weeks later in mid October. I had to constantly chase them and each time I was told it will 5 days and it dragged on for several weeks. On one occasion I was informed they had the fire and they would deliver only for them to call back and say they were waiting on a part. The fire was delivered at 8pm in the evening!!. Kept me waiting at home all day. The gas fitter arrived 4 hours after the appointment time without a mask, stripped the fire place the said he didn't have a tool. He returned the following day with a drill again not wearing a mask and wanted to use my toilet. Complete jokers. Wont be using them again. Very poor customer service and the remote they supplied is so difficult to turn on the fire is just a waste of money. I spent in excess of £900 with this company but wont be using them again.
