Excellent Service from start to finish
We have just bought a car from Grashion Garage. The service we received was excellent from the minute we stepped in the showroom. Antony introduced himself and then left us to have a look around the garage without hassling us. When we decided to buy a car the whole process was seamless. Antony was very efficient whilst personable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this garage and will certainly use their services again.

Great customer service - staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I’ll go straight to the point, walked into the showroom after putting a viewing deposit down on a car I liked the look of online. Got given the keys and was free to inspect the vehicle. I then took it for a spin and finally went over the specs and features of the car with the staff. Price was great and the deal was made, I had fell in love with it and I walked away with it the next day. Easy and simple. How buying a car should be.
Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service second to none
From the very beginning the service was amazing. We knew what car we wanted and were prepared to travel for it. Car was exactly as described and there was no pressure to buy. Helpful,courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained and the trade in against my car was more than fair and this is very rare these days. I would definitely say if your looking for a personal flexible garage this is the one for you. I would happily recommend them to anyone

bad experience
went to buy a car that was supposed to be in superb condition,keeping in mind my close friend bought the same model and year car which was immaculate,so i expected this car to be the same.spoke to the garage on the phone and was told it had a full service history, so i went forward and took a loan out......well.....when arriving at the garage my partner was told when asking for service details...IF YOU DONT WANT IT DONT BUY IT......there was no full service and there was also no sunroof as described online, and with 30 years experience you would expect a garage like this not to make mistakes.the car was covered in cobwebs and dead bugs inside,and covered in a layer of some sort of grease.every alloy needed a refurb and the boot smelt damp.although this was the case, i went ahead and bought the car, as i know my way around a car and can make it right. including servicing it myself. very dissapointed to be honest, spoke to us like crap and lied from the start.dont be fooled by these guys, and make sure you check everything before wasting your time. horrible experience from what should of been a good one, and although the garage will respond with some lame excuses, just tread carefully when using this garage.

1. Firstly, the Service History - An important part of the car buying decision and a MISTAKE on our part - this was indeed incomplete and once we had got everything together and you yourself had made a phone call a fresh and informed decision could be made. We immediately offered your deposit returned and to pull out of the sale if you so wished, we could then amend our advert and re advertise the car. No harm done.
2. Sunroof Missing - This would have been very evident on the plethora of photos and Video of the car when you were looking online - long before you visited us?? Auto Trader have a disclaimer on EVERY used car advertised on their site asking customers to check specifications as follows (Please note the data displayed above details the usual specification of the most recent model of this vehicle. It is not the exact data for the actual vehicle being offered for sale and data for older models may vary slightly. We recommend that you always check the details with the seller prior to purchase.) Auto Trader Limited, or its data supplier, will not accept liability for any information provided. Every dealer adds vehicles by their registration and data is pulled back from DVLA from when the car was new. Their is often MISTAKES and omissions in this data entered by the Manufacturer. We retail over 300 cars a year from our little site and to go through every cars data is just impossible. Obvious things missing on the car, like the sunroof though should be clear to see long before a visit to the dealership is made? Should no blame at all be laid at your door for this oversight? It is clear from your comments however that you have never made a mistake...
3. Superb Condition - The car was in superb condition for a 9-year-old car, having covered 55,000 miles! To expect alloy wheels to be perfect at this age and mileage is something i personally cannot comprehend. The smell of damp was from the boot mat being shampoo'd recently - just needed time to dry. Grease on the inside of a door hinge constitutes badly prepared?
4. Cobwebs - Cobwebs were indeed present on the OUTSIDE of the car, not inside. Your opening remark to my colleague being "how long have you had this in stock, it’s got cobwebs on it?". We work from an industrial unit and therefore spiders and other bugs can easily get into the building and create these overnight. The car had been in stock for about a week when you came to view. You then proceeded to point out areas of the inner doors where grease was present on the hinges, intimating, a good valet had not been completed.
5. Do Not Buy the Car - We did indeed on more than one occasion, invite you to walk away from the car with your deposit returned as my colleague had DEEP reservations about your expectation level on this 9-year-old car and our mistake around its service history. The last thing we want is unhappy customers!
6. Rude - With hundreds of reviews on both Autotrader and Trustpilot spanning many years, i would ask potential buyers reading this, if we were not a customer focused business, working hard to deliver a service and a great buying experience, why are there almost no other reviews of this nature, even if you go back years. We try so hard to be always polite and respectful in all our transactions.
Saying that there was a definite clash of personalities between my colleague and your partner from the start and sadly, after a few occasions he gave back what HE KEPT RECEIVING – Rudeness.
7. Needed to take the car anyway – No you did not. I have to say my colleague was rather taken aback when you still decided to go ahead and buy it, bearing in mind what had already occurred above. He tried hard to smooth things over when completing your paperwork in the office and things did seem better. Its clear, we did fall short in our advertisement with the cars service history but tried to ensure you never felt any pressure to buy it, offering the chance to walk away more than once. Being a cash buyer, I am sure you would have had many other vehicles to choose from in the market? Armed with all the up-to-date information on site you still bought the car. The vehicle was, in my opinion, a lovely clean example, prepared to a high standard.
In closing, not one of our finest hours, but only based around the MISTAKE made with cars service history. The rest of your experience was what we aim to deliver every time. A great car, prepared to a high standard. Unfortunately, the situation made worse by an immediate clash of characters, and turning, what should be a happy, exciting time into a strained and stressful transaction.
