I had a leaking internal drain pipe below a bath. While plumber showed up a little late, no quote was given until after repair work commenced. Extent of repair, cost and time repairs would take were way underestimated, and when provided were outrageously expensive. In the end, the work was not completed at all satisfactorily, in fact unprofessionally, and the replacement pipework still leaks. The job scope included certain patch up work and removal of rubbish, which was not completed. Needless to say, when I followed up and complained, I was totally ignored and received no response. I will never ever engage these contractors again
