Their Gas Engineer came to my Property
Their Gas Engineer came to my Property, very glum miserable not the least bit of smile.
I was told he would come between the hours of 8am to 8pm and he would call 15 minutes before coming no sign of him between that time . He turns up at approx 9pm I help him to arrange parking by requesting Neighbour to move his vehicle so Engineer can park for easy access to my property.
No Hello or greeting or courtesy acknowledgment but a glum miserable expression from him. When leaving as well no good bye or farewell. His body language very negative.
He allegedly found trivial fault with air vent & put a CONDEMNED BOILER sticker. I’ve had my Boiler Gas Safety checked for the past 8years no problems!
I called another Gas Engineer 3 days later no problems after safety checks my Boiler system was issued GAS SAFE CERTIFICATE.
May I also add I was trying to contact them since mid October but after delays from their side they ended up coming on 26 November even the as mentioned at 9pm without keeping me updated. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS!!!!!
