I ordered a "power wheel" tractor for my son as a Christmas gift. First, I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address and realized it after the tractor shipped. Customer service was very quick in responding back to me and doing all they could to fix the shipping address. It arrived safe and sound!
Unfortunately, upon assembly, I noticed the back of the tractor wheel cover had a huge crack and some missing plastic pieces. It's still operable, but unsafe. I contacted Support the day after Christmas and received an immediate reply from "Olivia".
Olivia was great!!! The supplier was hard to get in touch with because the holidays, but she sent me a friendly update every other day... even if just to give me assurance that she was staying on top of it. She assured me a replace or refund would be given and no need to ship the tractor back.
Unfortunately, in the end, the tractor was sold out and the supplier was unable to ship a new one. However, as promised, Olivia immediately issued a refund... no questions asked.

I ordered something on sale and never received a confirmation email. When I reached out about it, I received no response; therefore, I contacted my bank and cancelled the order. I emailed, called, and filled out their customer service form online - NOTHING. Then after cancelling the charge to my bank, they respond saying they sent me the info (didn't) and that it is in the mail.

I ordered some artificial turf. Designed a playground around the advertised sizes, leaving some room for error. To my surprise, the length of the rolls of turf less than advertised. Some of the turf was damaged further reducing the usable product.
Garvee customers services apparently does not see this as a serious problem. We are very disappointed in the product and service. We feel deceived and will never purchase from a company that will not stand behind their products.
Lesson learned. We also had used our residential address by mistake for shipping. Many calls and emails attempting to change the address went nowhere. It seems they do not have the will nor the desire to assist with shipping.
Beware. If you purchase anything here, you are stuck with the product and there is no honor or support from the company. They offered us a small inconsequential amount to accept the defective merchandise. While the gesture is appreciated , we will spend far more making our project right.

I ordered a garvee forklift safety cage incorrectly and realized it immediately. I immediately called garvee customer service to cancel and was told that I would recieve confirmation within 24 hours. Five days later, I recieve an email that the order had already shipped and that they would attempt to intersect it for a return. That did not happen and now I have 2, one of which I don't need. Thinking that garvee would cancel the order, I reordered. Both showed up on the same day. Since then, the garvee customer service has contacted me and offered me a full refund. My confidence in garvee has been restored.

Absolutely horrible product (Yellow dump truck) and customer service.
Within the first 30 minutes of use, the front right axel separated from the car.
Upon closer inspection, the metal that acts as a support on the underside of where the parts join, broke off.
The steering wheel comes out despite it clicking in making it impossible to steer.
The product is unusable.
I first sent an email on Dec 21. On Dec 22 I received a reply someone would get back to me. I waited 9 days and called them. They said they couldn’t help me over the phone and someone would email me.
Since then, it’s been a back and forth with no real resolution other than sending me a video on how to put the truck together (I already put it together) or wait 2-4 weeks for a metal part that is not part of the installation process itself (um no).
I want a refund. I will package the truck up and send it back immediately.

This is my final notice regarding this order.You have had $500 of my money for over a week, and I have nothing to show for it. Your company made an error, admitted the shipment was sent incorrectly, and has still failed to fix it. Despite what you told me, I personally contacted FedEx multiple times and was clearly informed that the package is being returned to you and that I will NOT receive it.At this point, there is absolutely no excuse for the continued delay. This should have been corrected days ago. Instead, my family especially my daughter has been forced to deal with unnecessary stress and disappointment because your company refuses to take immediate action. Let me be very clear I am demanding that a replacement power wheel be shipped TODAY via overnight delivery. Anything less is unacceptable. If my do not receive written confirmation and tracking information TODAY, I will immediately:
• File a formal dispute with my bank for the full amount
• File complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General
• Publicly document this experience as consumer fraud
You processed my payment instantly, yet over a week later you have failed to deliver the product I paid for. That is unacceptable and will not be ignored.This matter will be resolved today either by overnight shipment of my replacement or through formal escalation.I expect your immediate response.
UPDATE:: After 16 days of back-and-forth communication, misleading statements, and false assurances, we finally received my daughter’s Christmas present four days after New Year’s.
While the product was eventually delivered, this does not change the facts of this complaint. The item was purchased on December 19 with a promised delivery window of December 22–24 for Christmas. Instead, the company provided inaccurate information, repeatedly stated the shipment was “on the way” when it was not, and failed to take timely corrective action.
The excessive delay, lack of transparency, and failure to resolve the issue promptly caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for my family—particularly my daughter—during what should have been a joyful holiday experience.
My original concerns still stand. Receiving the item weeks late does not excuse the misleading communication or the lack of accountability shown throughout this process. I am submitting this update so there is an accurate public record of how this matter was handled.
I would not recommend this company to other consumers based on this experience.

I have collected 5 of these planters so far. Sevral I have had a number of years. They have withstood extreme summer heat, several hurricanes, and general all around usage. I love the reservoir. Very handy in times of drought and watering restrictions. I add liquid fertilizer to the reservoir to help the plants.

I initial ordered a Dual Zone mini split off of Garvee on Black Friday (Nov 29) they had the best price for a dual zone unit. I waited until December 15th and my order still had not shipped, so I reached out to Garvee and was informed they missed my order and would expedite it. I received the order the next week. Upon inspection of my Mini Split kit I realized they did not send me the copper line set that was supposed to come with it. So I reached back out to customer support. They informed me my unit did not come with copper lines. I had to screenshot 3 different locations of the description of my order where it said it did come with the lineset before they agreed and finally sent me all of the parts needed.
Update, after my review Garvee had a senior representative reach out to me. They offered me a 10% refund for the experience that I had, and on top of that I have received my line set. They also informed me they updated the item listing so the issues I had with the mini split will not happen to the next person.
All in all they did their best to make everything they did correct. And their customer service representatives were very quick to respond.

I purchased one of their products through Amazon. When I received the item the box containing the necessary accessories was missing. I reached out to the Garvee support team to inform them via email. I received an immediate response and Nadia did everything possible to rectify the situation. She kept me informed every step of the way to help me resolve the issue. I truly appreciate being treated like I really matter! The company and their customer service team is A 1.

I ordered an item that was delivered days later than it was scheduled. Once I finally received it, the item was nothing like the picture on the website, very small in size. For almost a week now I have been calling and sending emails requesting return label and instructions to return the item. I have talked to customer service three times and dispite not being able to understand what they are saying, I haven't gotten a single person that can take care of my issue, one even told me that it was "support departments" issue and not theirs. I was told by the first person that I would get a response from my email request 24-48 hours and it has now been four business days and I've heard nothing, but I receive numerous sales emails from them daily. I purchase a lot of items from websites but have NEVER had this problem before. I spent $112 on an item that apparently I can't return. I can't even get assistance with a refund/return. But yet in their return policy it clearly states that they want you to be "content" with your purchase. I guess this is the only way to get any response! I'd give less than 1 star if it was possible... ***01/02/2026: after putting this complaint on TRUST PILOT, I was contacted by a representative from Garvee. The complaint was settled and my money was refunded for the purchase.
