It was “on sale” when we’re looking, so we purchased. Come to find out it is still on sale in March of 2026. We purchased the end of December 2025. We received a 2024 model. The first week our son loved it. Used it everyday. Then we started having problems. The car stopped driving forward and the speaker stopped working. Garvee sent replacement parts and it fixed the speaker issue. Randomly, the forward driving issue started working again without switching any parts. Then the car went A-Wall. It will drive itself in whatever gear the stick shift is in without anyone pressing the pedal. Our son is 3.5 years old and still figuring the car out, so when the car went A-Wall it drove him into the fence and almost hit our 1 year old. It’s not safe to drive. Garvee sent a new stick shift. Didn’t fix anything. We noticed the pedal spring was missing. Went to Ace and bought a compression spring, still A-Wall. Garvee keeps sending parts (with no directions how to replace parts) and they are trying everything they can to not replace the unit. Leads me to believe this is not a lemon. This is a cheap poorly made toy and they know this is a common issue. I think their plan is to keep throwing parts (that take a 2-3 weeks to arrive from China) at it until the warranty is up. Save your money. Better luck with another company. Plus they removed my review on their website.

We are seniors in our 70s. I have surgery coming up where it has been recommended I get a recliner to sleep in. I just finished getting a titanium new knee, so we opted for the power lift chair to accommodate both surgeries. With great anticipation we received the chair and put it together according to directions.
Unfortunately the heat could not be felt ( if it even worked), and the power lift would not lift. The only electrical part that worked was the multiple vibrations.
WE immediately contacted the customer service email address as it was the weekend and phones were not answered. In the meantime we took it back apart and packed it into the box it came in to be replaced with a working chair before my surgery.
We did receive an email time stamped Sunday night at 10pm to which I replied Monday morning. ( fromAbbie in customer service) They requested invoices, shipping labels and a video of what was wrong. I sent photos of invoices and shipping labels and a photo of the box ready to be picked up explaining no video was avail since it was already packed (and a video of it not working would I only be a still shot).
I did not hear back. I emailed the next day, and the next, and the next. Never ever getting a return email after the first one!
Luckily I invested in the extra service thru Allstate ins. and have since contacted them for assistance hopefully. Garvee customer service is next to non existent apparently
So here we sit out 400$, looking at a 100lb box holding a useless chair with no word from this company’s customer service. Our next step will be of legal origin.
WE DO NOT RECCOMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT...

I have never written a review for anything in my entire life, but this was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with a company, and I feel compelled to warn others.
I originally bought this item because I urgently needed it for a construction project. It has been almost 2 whole months, and I have never received it. If I had known from the start that it would take this incredibly long, I would have requested a refund on day one. Instead, their customer service kept stringing me along, constantly promising, "It will arrive next week, it will arrive next week."
Every single time, the delivery date was pushed back. Most recently, they told me it would arrive between March 20th and 25th, but after 2 months of empty promises, I already know it’s not going to show up. I finally gave up and requested a full refund today, but honestly, with the way they do business, I don't even know if I will actually get my money back.
I have never in my life waited 2 months for a delivery just to get nothing. This was a highly unprofessional and incredibly frustrating experience. Save your time, money, and sanity—take your business somewhere else.
UPDATE (March 18, 2026):
day after posting this review, Garvee replied publicly saying they "assigned a specialist" to handle my case urgently and would "follow up directly." Guess what?
Absolutely nothing has happened. No email, no phone call, no update — nothing.
It's all talk, zero action.
It's clear to me now that Garvee has no intention of taking care of this issue. I'm done waiting. I am calling my bank directly to initiate a chargeback. If Garvee won't do the right thing, my bank will.

I bought an ice machine two weeks ago. It did not come with all the parts so it can make ice. I have been told to send pics three days in a row. I have asked to send parts or a new machine. Rebecca sent an email saying a new machine was going to be shipped only to send email saying that’s not what they going to do. I have been asked what parts I need bi have no idea I am not an ice machine mechanic. I just want a machine that works. It’s been several weeks now still no ice no parts no new machine. Garvee is horrible but Rebecca and do called customer service is even worse. Stay away. Hot to a reputable company to buy anything. I’ll be contacting my lawyer next. This place is a joke
March 20th. No new machine. No parts. Just BS excuses everyday. I would not recommend buying a hammer from these people I believe they could mess that up to. Do not believe anything customer service agents say or reply I t is all lies and scripted responses.Rebecca is a joke Nothing is being done to get my machine working. I purchased a 20 ton hydraulic press on Amazon. Overall for the price I can't complain about the construction. Not as heavy duty as a comparable sized one from a well known tool import company but I am sure it will do the job for me. The hydraulic jack did have a bad valve. I contacted Garvee customer support and they responded quickly and replaced the bad jack within a couple of days.

Purchased a 72 inch pinestraw rake. When I received it the cardboard box had severe damage. It looked like it fell out of a moving truck. There are parts sticking out of the holes in the box and parts falling out of the holes! I did not open the box and sent pictures to the customer support team. The paint is delaminating off the metal due to improper metal
pretreatment!! Two weeks with no reply, I called them. They had on fact received my email with the pictures and said they would escalate the issue!
Why return it just to get another damaged product? This purchase fits the saying " you get what you pay for". Now I know what kind of quality to expect from this company.

Terrible experience with Garvee. They delivered two 100-lb recliner chairs to a 94-year-old and just left them in the front yard without even ringing the doorbell or knocking. Completely unacceptable.
I’ve also made multiple requests asking them to come retrieve the packages, and they haven’t responded at all. Extremely poor service and zero accountability. Maybe I should call Better Get Baquero!

Pressure washer pump worthless! Also, when ordering i didn't get email confirmation. I called and they said there was no order from me. I reordered. Then, I get two. My email address was put wring by me on online order. When I called and checked I gave name, address, phone number and they couldn't find an order. They were happy to take my order since I didn't have one ordered. Terrible that with all my info given to they only referenced my email.

I ordered a countertop water distiller using my android phone and after check out I was hit with various add on offers of the companies choosing. I just started declining offer after offer which is a pathetic marketing practice. I fat fingered an item and it was added automatically to my order without an option to review or decline. It was a $162 food warmer. I called and emailed immediately multiple times to remove this item. The order took place around 7pm on March 3, 2026 and I actually connected with a real person approximately 10am the next morning and they cancelled the order. I also received an email saying my order would arrive eight days after placing the order which would be on March 11, 2026. The food warmer arrived at my home approximately 40 hours after the order was placed arriving on March 5, 2026, not eight days later as was stated in the confirmation email. If I wanted to return it I would have to pay the shipping myself which is $152 my cost. Through a bit of wrangling back and forth they sent an RMA, which I was asked to share that cost while my sales tax was just gone and I will be receiving a $123 dollar refund from the original $162.18 purchase. Garvee collected that tax but they cannot refund it.

Garvee has determined my case contains special circumstances and has refunded my full purchase price and sales tax. I still believe they need to allow a customer the opportunity to review and submit any order that is modified from the original order.

Purchased fence wire that was advertised as goat & cattle wire. I should have known the price was just too low. This fencing would not hold back a dog much less a goat or cattle. Do not waste your money with this fencing.

This company is terrible to work with. We ordered a rug, and upon receiving it, we realized it was too large for the space we had purchased it for. Unfortunately, when we attempted to return the rug — which was still unopened and in its original box — they refused to provide us with the return information and completely disregarded our request for assistance.
Be absolutely sure you want their product before ordering, because once you purchase it, you may be stuck with it whether it works for you or not.

We purchased a two drawer file cabinet for our home office. It’s a nice piece of furniture. After assembling my wife found a stain of the draw face. We contacted the company to see if we could get a replacement and was told we could but would be a couple of weeks. They have been communicating with me since to keep on top of our replacement order

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute rubbish. Poor finish, arrived with dents which must have been there prior to being spray painted. Not all the sink stand has been painted. Company says item is still useable despite the poor finish dents etc this was supposed a new perfect item. Do not touch this company via the UK sites.No contact number. No customer service
