Fast & cheap delivery, good quality wine.
Fast & cheap delivery because they use plastic bottles, lighter and safer to send. Good quality wine at about half the price of an off-licence. Initial UPS delivery was a negative though as they said they'd deliver between 11.15 and 14.15......but attempted delivery at 9.40...??.....and I missed it.

Nice wines for the price
Nice wines for the price, acceptable time for delivery, with UPS we get to our front door, and easy to track with the SHOP-app. I can really recommend. The only thing is that we miss a handle on the 5 l BIB´s. They are kind of hard to handle.

Lack of customer service
I made an order and 7 days later I still heard nothing from the company other than the confirmation of the order.
I emailed support who eventually replied advising the order was delayed due to 1 bottle brand being out of stock.
The website did not show this and no-one contacted me to advise me of this, so I am very disappointed as I could have changed that 1 brand or the order itself.
I was told that the brand would be in last Friday and that the order would be shipped, but again I have heard nothing since.
This is just bad customer service as one could be more helpful, rather than just annoy returning customers who are the backbone of any business.

Since September 2024 I have bought 23 cases of wine . They were usually delivered within seven days.They were well received by my friends and were praised for their quality.Within the next week I am expecting a delivery of the best reserved red wine 2021/23 selection.I look forward to it .
