From the initial call into Garolla, Mark coming to measure up and finalise the order to Nathan Laffar and Ethan Hadley installing the new door the service was superb.

They finished at a decent pace and the installation looks fantastic, cleared up completely once finished and gave a quick walkthrough of the features, remotes and guarantee details.

Would definitely recommend, to be more specific I already have!!

Decided to replace my up and over garage door with a roller door to give me a little extra width. As two of my neighbours used Garolla I decided to go with them too. I am pleased to say I wasn’t disappointed. Around three week lead time and the installation was completed on the date I was given. Excellent installation by Owen who had to overcome a couple of snags and was all completed to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Garolla

From survey to fitting, Brilliant, excellent all round. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thought to be a good company so placed an order.
Fitting efficient and pleased with the door and the operation until recently.
Reported a problem and have had no contact from the customer service team to arrange a visit.
Four occasions I have had to ring, to be told the same thing, that they are trying to source an engineers appointment and will call back but never do!
Shame because up until this point I have been very pleased, even recommended to a neighbour who has since had two doors fitted.

28th today
Had a call from the call centre in response to a call back request this morning the same waffle as previous conversations, still no engineers appointment 18 days after the original request.

Ray Lowe was brilliant! He identified the problem very quickly and replaced the motor which was faulty and fixed the door back together . He then asked me to check the door which was then working perfectly. We are really pleased with the service we received. Thank you.

Easy to contact, they kept me well informed of the date of survey, the person who came out was very professional, booked garage door which again was fitted on time kept me aware, fitted by a very professional engineer and am very happy with the process from start to end .

Excellent service, the installers arrived promptly and cracked on with fitting the door. My garage presented a difficult install for them, but they did a top notch job, and fully explained how everything works, and left the site spotless afterwards. Spot on

Great service from start to finish.

Door was surveyed and advice given on what was the best product for my home.

Install on the day took less than 2hrs on the day. At the end I was shown how to use my door. The team cleared everything away including my old door.

Really happy with my new garage door.

Great service from start to finish

I had heard great things about this business. Sadly they haven’t to date lived up to those expectations.
Whilst I had a great experience from a sales perspective, their customer service team shouldn’t be in the business, they don’t care and in my experience try their upmost to be unhelpful.
Eventually the product was fitted, after day 2 it was found not to be working. I called to ask for help but 2.5 weeks later and having left messages with a number of teams, I am yet to get a call back or a remedy, from anyone including the sales team. That is particularly disappointing as I am unsure as to if the product is safe and my elderly parents are in the house.
Please could someone help, if indeed anyone cares.

Awful experience. Left with a garage door that doesn’t work. Engineer eventually visited our property and confirmed the unit should have been recalled due to fault. A guy called WAYNE then advised not to worry they would replace the unit in July. That was a no show. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole they lie and never show up. Disgraceful have reported to trading standards and watch dog now as sick of companies like this.

Had the titan door fitted as advised by the surveyor as we have a car port so any back draft would not damage the door and its a solid security door. Surveyor was great got booked in, Dan Nichols the fitter was intouch a week before the actual date we was booked for and told us he can fit it earlier which was great, came today job done really happy with it.

The engineer Nathan was really helpful did a great job cleaned up after the job was done ✔️

I will try to be as honest as possible, I enquired about having a garage door in April 2026, had the survey and ordered a new garage door on the 1st May. The door was supposed to have been fitted on 9th June. The door for some reason was sent to an address in Walsall. Rearranged with Garolla to have it installed on the 3rd July. This did not happen due to personal issues with the installer. The job then was rearranged for the 21st July.
The two installation guys completed the garage door with just the override handle to finish. The two fitters worked really hard , were very professional and done a superb job to high standard.
The only gripe I had was, that I thought the Garolla schedulers could have done better with the time scale in getting my garage installed sooner.

Hello, just wanted to say , thank you both , Richard and Richard , yes they have the same name ,just like the two ronnies, so efficient kept it quite tidy , the information they give me and the brochure and how to if there was a power cut out to put the key in showed me everything if there’s any problem just ring them , lovely garage doors . I’m very happy very pleasant young man just to say thank you. again PS there
was a dent and a scratch in the inside of the box but I rang up and straightaway they’re gonna order another box and put it up. The gentlemen. Craig said was probably it was when it was ordered and something went wrong but that’s all, but he just said not a problem gonna order a new box and we’ll be able to fix it just straight away so thank you again. The service received was excellent from keeping us updated regarding the manufacture of the door to booking the appointment for fitting. The installer Jack Houghton was amazing polite friendly and very efficient. We would recommend this company to everybody #you only get what you pay for worth every penny

Louis messaged me with a time the night before and arrived promptly quickly diagnosed what needed doing and competed it checked all was okay and tested everything. Louis was polite friendly and courteous we would recommend him for your job.
