Excellent product. First class installer.Happy days

We have just had our new garage door fitted by Ben Kirkley and what a great job. We were given a date for fitting from initial assessment, we were then contacted day before fitting with approximate time, Ben arrived right on time, friendly and professional. Did a great job fitting the door took a couple of hours but looks perfect and he was very tidy. Ben explained exactly how the door worked and gave us a little guide in case we needed it after he’d gone, all in all very happy up to now.

The whole process was easy and effective. Riley installed it for us. He was efficient, polite and thorough. Communication was good from choosing to fitting.

The engineer Adam let us know what time he would arrive. He then went through what he was going to do.
He worked hard and did a very good job, and when he had finished he left everything clean and tidy so we would recommend

And got straight to it, had the old door dismantled & the new one fitted without any issues trimmed up & looks great, Gordon was a friendly guy & kept the place tidy a good asset to the company

Excellent company All went to plan from surveying to fitting. Really pleased with the garage door. Would recommend to anyone. Both the surveyor and fitter were lovely friendly and very polite. No complaints whatsoever

Shane messaged to give me an idea of the arrival time. He kept me up to date as he carried out the work and explained what he was going to do and how long it was likely to take. He was polite and friendly just getting on with the job. He left the place clean and tidy, taking away the orginal garage parts. He did a demo of the clickers and didn't leave until he knew it was doing what it should. Great service and the garage door looks brilliant.

Excellent service and product. From first point of contact to installation the service and communication was excellent. Staff very professional. Product choice and steps from point of purchase to installation explained during the survey. No pressure put on me to buy. Installers communication (Tommy) was also fantastic from advising time of arrival and during the installation process. He provided a seamless installation of a great product. In a disappointing world of poor service and shoddy products my overall experience with Garolla was excellent and refreshing. “ I actually got what it said on the tin and more”. Well done team Garolla.

Everything that was said at quote and visit happened and did so speedily and well.
I think that after arrival our door was up and running and I was having a lesson on operation inside 4 hours.
It probably means I should get out more but I was thrilled and my house felt like Tracy island.

I was very impressed with fitter Mike Sadler. Arrived on time and he had a very reassuring friendly attitude.

Been waiting almost a year for a faulty garage door to be sorted. Contacted them numerous times, engineers don’t turn up when they are supposed to, jobs not been logged properly, no one seems to know what’s going on. All this money paid for a faulty door that has not been properly finished, let’s water in and looks scruffy. Communication has been terrible

Toby Scott came today to fit my Titan Garolla garage roller door.He was on time,efficient and very professional.Toby arrived at 8.30 and started immediately.Told me what he would do and we discussed location of of the installation and where I would like the main electrical box fitted.Once the install was done, He explained the working of the key fobs, the switches to work the door with out the fobs.The manual handle operation in case of a power cut.Also demonstrated the safety cut off if some thinggot in the way of the door whilst closing.Every thing was
Cleaned away,including the old door.Last thing was final payment with a card machine.Job complete.

All in all an efficient operation from Survey to installation.Would recommend Garolla.

Excellent process from sales through to installation. Perfect colour match to existing paintwork and the engineer Peter Czorny was a first class fitter who explained everything about the process and finished a wonderful job. Friendly and courteous he should be commends for his attitude. An excellent product that stands out from the crowd.

I was kept in the loop with when the fitter (Ray Lowe) would arrive with reminders through sms and email, the fitter himself messaged the day before to confirm.
Ray arrived and quickly got on with the job, explained everything he was going to do and cracked on, kept the area tidy and worked really hard and fitted the door in a very professional manner, again then explaining how the door works at the end when he had finished. Happy with the service from start to finish all round.

Just had the door fitted today. Arrived promptly and got straight on with the job. Did his checks to make sure the supplied door would fit before taking out the old door and was happy with a particular bespoke request on the install. Really positive chap and a great finish once complete. Looks great, works perfectly, plus we are now ten timesore secure than before.

Fitting was quick and installers cleaned up afterwards. All functions explained clearly and found it all a simple and smooth process.

From start to finish, Garolla have been brilliant. Communication at every stage is second to none. Appointments made were adhered to with a courtesy call or text the day before to confirm. Our installer was Jack Horton and he was challenged by the weird and wonderful angles of a 1923 garage!! Nevertheless he managed to overcome these and install the door. What a polite young man to have around the house, along with his helper Ryan Anderson.
