If only this company spent 1% of its marketing budget on its technical support. We are a professional OZEV approved EV Installation company and this is the 1st time we decided to use Garo Entity Pro chargers as workplace charging solution for 5 chargers under the OZEV scheme well these were put in towards the end of February and we are still having issues having swapped out 3 of the 5 units (likely 2 of them needlessly) we are still wasting time, money and resource. They have no UK based technical support and what appears very little outside too. after countless promises of call backs and to look at resolving issues here we are 2 months later - i'm left stranded without option Our client is unhappy and has lost faith in us and the product.
I have never written a review in my life, and I never publicise issues or criticism however i'm so appalled by this company's after sales service I'm left with no other option. If you are a professional EV installer installing commercial level systems do not touch this product with a barge pole.

As an electrical business, we have installed Garo fuse boards, EV chargers, and isolators on several occasions.
