To whom it may concern,

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the company Garena, the developer of the game Free Fire.
My account was permanently banned even though I was in a difficult situation and never intended to harm the game or its community.

I only used external tools once because my account had been previously stolen and I was trying to prevent further harm and protect my friends in the game.
After recovering my account, I was shocked to find that it had been permanently banned without a chance for proper explanation or appeal.

I believe this punishment is too severe and unfair, especially considering the unique circumstances.
I kindly ask for your support in reviewing Garena’s practices regarding bans and giving players like me a fair chance to recover their accounts.

Why you can't change region

I got banned in free fire for no reason, and when i contacted support, they did not help at all, and sent me their generic messages instead of helping and unbanning my account, and they kept saying that I used third party software, but I didn't. Worst support for worst in game moderation. Two in one

Their subsidiary in the Philippines so called "Shopee", an online shopping platform that also owned by this game company is sucks! Even words cannot explain on how horrible is this game company's subsidiary.

I ordered an anime merchandise to gift it to my Best friend and in that time of delivery, I'm not on my house, so I cannot receive it. The thing I do is I call the customer service of Shopee (Garena Online Shopping Subsidiary platform) to request for reschedule.

You know what happened? Their rider still attempting to deliver my package till it's get back to the seller even it's rescheduled for 1 week. The rider in Paombong Bulacan is not complying with my reschedule. They still spam call me even I'm not available. Those riders are also rude and the customer service representative does not give a care.

The ending is that my parcel has returned to the seller. My times has gone! Your customer service doesn't help if your riders are not compliant. Please please please, train your riders to be more efficient.

Stupid account management. Can't even make an account without getting it hacked even if I use strong password or have a TSA. I've lost 100$ on an account.
