Es ist wie bei den anderen: Ich habe Lampen bestellt; diese kamen in Einzelteilen und sah anders aus als auf der Website; Den Rückversand nach China bezahle ich aus meiner Kasse. Hoffe, dass mir das Geld zurückerstattet wird; kann den Händler nicht empfehlen

I had a similar experience like many others: I ordered lighting/lamps; the lamps came in several component parts and looked different than on the website; I have to pay it myself to send it back to Shenzen/China. I hope I ll get my money back. Can't recommend to order there.

Delivery over a month vs promised 1-5 business days, no tracking.
Faulty item arrived.

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago, and am yet to receive a working tracking number. This is unacceptable for my product cost over 100€. I am also yet to recieve a response from Garduru. Now reading all these reviews I am very worried that this website is a total scam and I have just lost my money. Very worried.

It s a German website but the seller is based in China. They will provide you with tracking details that doesn’t work and send you generic emails to explain that the delivery will take longer then expected to cover the fact that the product comes from China ! The website is managed by a company based in London . This is a scam to sell cheap products from china at a much more expensive price !
Nach einem Monat wurde meine Bestellung endlich geliefert, aber sie war beschädigt und natürlich befand sich keine Rücksendeadresse im Karton. Der Verkäufer sagte, dass er 50 % des Preises zurückerstatten würde, wenn ich den Paypal-Streit storniere. Als das fertig war, haben sie es natürlich nicht getan!
