Misleading claims

All I will say the Gard pro watch itself is ok as a watch !! but if your thinking of buying one to track your steps don't bother . I had been told smart watches were inaccurate in the regard . So tested it out took my dog for his morning walk 2500 steps the Gard pro is saying 7495 🤣 so there you have it need I say more . Oh yes don't buy one !! it's just a load of old tat !!!!!!!!! . This is the last bit of so called tech I will buy online as it is all rubbish and you can't talk to anyone just a bloody help desk witch is no help at all . And it's about time we had a minus a star raiting 🤬

GardPro Health Smartwatch 2+ not waterproof

Bought my GardPro Health Smartwatch 2+ as it says it’s waterproof, that you can swim and shower in it and has a 2yr warranty. However having worn my watch in the water once for swimming in the pool whilst on holiday, the screen failed and doesn’t even turn on now. Warranty doesn’t cover water damage, only got 9 months use out of it.

simple return not possible

Iv requested a simple return. What I have got back is fill out the portal, that didn't work then fill out a new portal, which I then got a load of emails saying we are processing your return, then it was approved over several days but no actual retune address. Then today got an email saying return cancelled after being strung on for days, all; in the mean time getting loads of emails that are basically spam at this point. I would avoid tbh. I haven't even opened the envelope it arrived in so there should be no problem with a return.

Update: I have had to go through my bank to get a refund as they cut off all communications. The watch is still here if you want it back. It's still unopened from the postal package.

No notification

In first in few days after using it, is really good but after a week or so it doesn’t nonfiction any app at all. I try to turn on turn of and connect with the app is doesn’t work at all. I use only what’s app and Messages for notifications is still nothing such a west of money

Gard Pro Health 3
Very poor.
1. Sometimes the clock jumped an hour behind
2. Steps are totally inaccurate, I did 90 steps sitting on the couch, scrolling a phone. 700 going downstairs into the living room
3. The sleep data would never upload. I had to unbind then bind again. Then all the setup data was lost.
4 . Messages alerts stopped showing up, despite reloading permissions.
5. Sleep tracker said I was awake 29mins. I was up for two hours, at 3AM, sitting in a chair.

Please don't waste your money.

Can I give less than 1 star

Can I give less than 1 star? Made an order in error. Contacted them within 12 hours to cancel and suddenly received several updates telling me the order was shipping ( not shipped) . Contacted customer service again to ask them to cancel the order and refund and they said there was nothing they could do as it had now shipped. I'd have to reject delivery or return it to them after receiving it ( for which I would have to pay).
I asked the local courier if they could help me by intercepting the parcel and returning it before it was delivered to me and they were fantastic, flagging the parcel up, redirecting back to the international airport it arrived at and handing it over to the international carrier for return to sender. Everything was tracked and traced via GPS and appeared on the Gard Pro website. I kept Gard Pro customer support fully informed about what was happening and was told a refund would be processed once the local courier uploaded their final tracking update. That's where the real issues started, Gard Pro then said it was unclear what had happened to the parcel, they couldn't confirm it had been handed over and was being returned. Given they were now using their own international courier this is hard to believe but there appears to be no way for me to track it from there on it's return journey.
Gard Pro then changed the goal posts to say they wouldn't process a refund until their factory reported it had returned to them.
I've started a claw back with my credit card provider as, given their behavior, I very much doubt they have any intention of refunding me despite me never having laid a hand on the package.
Be warned these people are dishonest, learn from my experience.

Purchased an ultra 2+ in January 2025

Purchased an ultra 2+ in January 2025. Since around December 2025 I started to notice it wouldn’t charge properly & continuously lost time. Contacted Gard Pro eventually in late Jan 2026 just to see if they could help. All they said was to remove Bluetooth etc & try again. It puts about 10% charge in over night. Never gets above 40/50%. Very poor customer service & for me a clunky smart watch. Always remember you get what you pay for. Gone in the bin where it belongs.

Fraudulent set up faulty and second hand Gard 3. Customer service is a utter joke!

I purchased a Gard pro 3. I have issues with my heart and and currently bed bound. I hate asking for help . So this was purchased to confirm my fears and so I could take readings and store them. The unit arrived it took nearly 2 weeks. It looked second hand. It took over 15 hours to get any glimmer of life into it. When it came on momentarily, it was already set to the Polish language. I speak and read English. It also turned itself off after a few seconds. I contacted so called Customer Services . One individual apologised and said they would send out a new watch. I explained I was housebound at the moment and can no way get this back to them at this present time , that was yesterday. Today😂, I receive an email telling me under the circumstances , they are willing to give me a 40%, reduction in price . I must say what a tempting offer , they have had my money in goodwill , they are now prepared to refund 40% and keep the 60% paid in good faith and I can keep the useless piece of tat that doesn't work , took 15 hours to get it to turn on for about 3/5 second and is already set to a language, I can understand but not read. I have no choice but to report this company for fraud. I believed all the positive reviews and was in desperate need of a discreet blood pressure/ heart rate monitor. Do not believe the hype. Ask yourself what do they do with watches sent back to them? I will tell what they do ,they just send them out to the next fool that orders from them ! They even send out a form you're suppose to fill out, print off a label , take it to wherever to send back and they charge you for returning items to them, even though they are second hand and don't work. Utter scumbags!

This review is for the UK base in…

On behalf of my 82 year old mother - Pam Smith. This review is for the UK base in Middlesex. You pay a pound for a return address that hasn't existed since 2024. You then have to search for their office address to return the watch too. I would never use this company again. I would rather not have a watch if this company was the only one selling them. Outrageous, charging for a delivery address!!!

Bought a Gard Pro 2+ and it was utter crap.
Asked to return it and they accepted. Paid £4.25 to send it back following their instructions and it has been refused and sent back to me.
I am livid. Can't get hold of anyone at the company and no responses to emails.

Poor Quality Item and Customer Service

Was bought a Gard pro HS2 for Xmas 2025. Now within weeks the charger doesn’t work. Have repeatedly tried to contact company via email or their customer support line without success. This company appears to provide substandard items with no regard for customers. Don’t waste your time or money on the rubbish they provide

Awful product and customer service

The product arrived and within minutes I could tell it was a bad product. The total steps were way off as I counted my steps and then looked at the watch and said I had done 40 more than I had counted. I immediately requested a return and refund. I have checked and they refused to accept the return after I posted for paid tracking as per their request. Frankly awful customer service and would never recommend. The watch has now not managed to return itself to me so seems it has been lost in the post trying to make its way back to me.
