Two sofas are fine and we are pleased with them.
Paid £1k deposit. Paid £2k+ balance immediately on telephone delivery notice and payment request from Lynne. Had to follow up a couple of weeks later to request and obtain a final receipt which came with an error. Lynne was too lazy to correct this but rather high-lighted her error in accompanying email. What a shame.

We were provided with very helpful and friendly service when buying a bed and mattress. In addition, the delivery team were excellent and assembled the bed and removed the old one with no problems. Everyone we dealt with was very accommodating. Happy to recommend.

We found Gardiner Haskins Interiors to be experts in their field delivering quality fitted kitchens. They particularly focussed on the correct interpretation of our brief and then worked hard to develop the design to produce an excellent but affordable scheme. The kitchen fitter was a highly experienced shopfitter who had an eye for detail, was fastidious and easily accommodated any minor adaptations. The end product exceeds our expectations.

We were wanting to upgrade our en-suite and family bathrooms, which were looking a little tired.

We contacted Gardiner Haskins, made an appointment to see Lucy, who came round, measured, discussed our requirements and developed some plans and 3D visualisations that were within budget.

After a couple of iterations, mainly colours of tiles, we placed an order and Gardiner Haskins did all the ordering, ensuring that everything was correct to the specifications. All the items were then stored until the fitters were available and then delivered a few days before installation which was very convenient.

The bathrooms took about three weeks to install, but now they are finished they're fabulous, modern ,stylish with plenty of storage.

A great experience, Lucy was great to work with and the fitters, Gary and Steve were careful and very good.

We had our new kitchen designed and installed by Gardiner Haskins and have been delighted with the end result. Alec in the showroom has encyclopaedic knowledge of the pros and cons of all the various kitchens and appliances and we were able to hone in on what we needed. The installation team, including the fitter/electrician and plasterer all liaised with one another so there were no gaps. Any minor blips were quickly resolved without question. Would thoroughly recommend Gardiner Haskins for a new kitchen, our experience was very good.

The bathroom furniture may be very slightly more expensive than B&Q and Wickes but the appearance and feel of the products is so much better. I have a very small bathroom with a design that made fitting in both a bath and a shower a problem. Whatever way this was done, it was always going to be a compromise but the designer found a design that works for me. The look of the bathroom is fantastic. The date I've put below is the date the builders finished installation. I'd love to include photos but apparently Trustpilot does not support them.

We bought our new kitchen for our extension through Gardiner Haskins. It was a great experience, Alec created a design that reflected what we wanted.

We've just hosted our first Christmas with the new kitchen, the design was brilliant. Everything flowed and the neff ovens cooked everything perfectly.

Lucy at Gardiner Haskins was brilliant-very efficient and totally understood the style of bathroom we were looking for, and our budget.

Our installer was due in weeks and having made mistakes when selecting sanitaryware items ourselves in the past we contacted Gardiner Haskins.

Lucy came round, measured, talked about what we were looking for and our budget. She quickly came up with a plan and we were thrilled by how she had captured the look we were going for within our budget.

Not having to order items ourselves and wait for deliveries was great. The items came in one go and Gardiner Haskins and our independent installer dealt with everything.

The bathroom itself is just what we wanted, stylish, comfortable and robust.

They gave good service, even though they delivered 1 day later than expected. The 0% finance is a great deal.

Don't buy a wooden kitchen from here. We chose them to support a local business, expecting quality and good service. Wrong on both counts. Our wooden kitchen doors, which we chose to treat ourselves to, as we thought they would look classic and expensive (which they were),have looked tired and cheap after just a couple of years' use; the dark grey paint has chipped off most of the doors leaving large white patches and chips, and the whole thing looks ugly and feels substandard.
When we complained, they blamed us: first for not cleaning enough, then for using harsh products (we use eco-friendly cleaners). The truth is obvious: the doors and/or the paint job are poor quality and not up to regular use. The doors and drawers that don't get used as often still look ok, but that fact has been conveniently ignored in all our correspondence with them. Their “solution”? A special discount, which still amounts to nearly £3,000 to replace the same doors, no admission of fault, no alternative options eg a different type of door that might actually be up to the job, and no answer to what happens when it happens again, as these doors clearly aren't up to regular use.
After years of correspondence, we’re now left with two unsatisfactory choices: waste more money on the same substandard product or start again elsewhere. After a stressful, expensive project, this is utterly demoralising. If you value quality, accountability, or good service, do not buy a kitchen from Gardiner Haskins.

Great service from David Rodger’s when buying our bathroom suite. From start to finish, everything done with patience, understanding and humour. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is a wonderful, traditional furniture store with excellent service and a great range of high quality furniture. We are very pleased with our new Parker Knoll sofas.
