Purchased a product - uprooting tool with a "handle" that turned out to be a piece of a wooden dowel with no way to affix it to the tool except to stick it into the hole at the bottom of the tool. Without being able to screw it in it's so loose it of course will fall out every time. Multiple tries emailing them for a refund - no response. They state you can reach them by phone - no phone # given. This company is a straight out scam!

Never received seeds as they were confiscated, company does not respond to emails, learned the seeds were coming from China. SCAM.

Never received seeds. Contacted them several times. Dont fall for facebook ads/ every time Ive been scammed.

I should've checked Trust Pilot first. I paid the funds over the weekend and havent heard a tweety bird from this firm since. That's after I've emailed them twice and messaged them on Messenger, because I hadn't got an email confirming payment or an email about posting it. I contacted my bank when the payment I made by Visa shows a Romanian country code with numbers beside is followed by the letters RO. Ive sent polite emails to this organisation and not heard a thing. Steer clear

Paid for an order, never received it. Do not respond to emails, but constantly send spam.

I ordered ONE of garden rakes from Gardea, and they sent and CHARGED me for TWO.
They will not answer my emails requesting a refund.
There goes $128 down the drain!

No delivery; no response to email

This is another scam from China, yes, another one. I can't believe I have fallen for this shit again. I paid $79 CND for seeds that I know I will never receive and if I do, it will be crap. This is another Facebook bull scam. I will reach out to my credit card company on Monday and try to get my money back. Stay away from these people they are playing on your insecurities.

Hi I recently paid a lot of money for two lots of seeds and a garden tool to remove the weeds from my garden, I have received the garden tool but have not received the seeds which are the most expensive part of the order, can you tell me where the rest of my order is please as your tracking site tells me nothing.

My second review: THey don't ship for months and when they do, it's a crap product. Now a year later--they keep emailing despite unsubscribes. Never, ever deal with this company.

Total scam in my opinion. Requested expedited shipping on product & never received. Sent them an email regarding order & never received a response. Never received email confirmation of order but they charged my account. Recpient of funds was some weird name like Handmybag after I looked at my account. Contacted my bank and reported as a fraudulent transaction. No actual phone numer to call & get answers on order. Has an unverfied address in Miami that I was not able to track down.
STAY AWAY

Non existent customer service. Only received 1 of 2 items ordered. The one I received was junk. I disputed with my Mastercard and they said since the transaction went to a cash app there was nothing they could do. SCAM COMPANY

This company is a scam,
Shoddy product just fit for landfill and zero response from customer service for claiming a return.

Don’t waste your money

Absolute scam as the others have said. False product marketing only to receive a sub standard item that has no resemblance to their website. No response from them after numerous attempts to contact them. Just wasted $70. Stay far away from them

This company is a scam. Their ads on Facebook are very well done and they claim to have a Trust Pilot rating of 4.8/ 5.
In actual fact I checked with Trust Pilot snd the rating is 1.6/5.
They also claim a 5 day delivery and it seems that is also not true as i ordered on 25th Aug and as of 4th Sept there hss been no delivery.
i have emailed them in Romania several times and get absolutely no response

Rake nothing like the advertisement, what a rip off won't buy from them again.

I ordered the iron rake, and what I received was nothing like the photos or videos. The metal parts and tines of the rake were pitted and corroded, the eye that attaches to the handle was obviously welded and ugly. The "handle" which cost an expensive $25 was only 20" long and useless for its length (for comparison, a high quality oak 60" handle would cost $17 or less). When contacted about this, the company never responded.

Took a long time to arrive. Tested right away & either the leaves slip through the tines or the tines rip the leaves, leaving root intact. Emailed company same day to return - and multiple times after - with no response. Finally filed a dispute with credit card.

This is a bad and scammy company. They will overcharge, they have no customer service, they will trick you into buying things you didn't want and then you can't communicate with them. I would give them negative stars if I could. Don't purchase from them. The bad reviews here are all true.
