The service from Gardentoystore was…purchase of play equipment
The service from Gardentoystore was superb. Tamara was so helpful and everything arrived on time. When ordering extras for the outdoor play equipment they made sure it arrived within two days so it could be assembled by wonderful Lee and Ben working from 9 am to 9.40 pm. Tamara suggested these folks who did a fantastic job. Tamara and team gave me a first rate service from advice through to purchase, delivery and follow up. If all companies were as good as this one the economy would be in a much better state. Really restored my faith in personal and a professional service from start to finish. Can’t praise them enough.

Excellent service - went above and beyond.
My daughter has cochlear implants and I was told that she couldn’t go down a plastic slide. When I told garden toy store this I had an immediate response with prices and options for steel slides - which they don’t supply but they made the effort to research for me. In the end we had a plastic slide but I was so impressed with the speed of the response and the amount of information they provided.
Everything arrived on time and was excellent quality. The fitter did an excellent job and my kids love their climbing frame.
I highly recommend this company.

Very good service and prices. When I had a delivery issue due to courier failures they quickly resolved the issue for me. Just the back up you need when difficulties arise.

A little hesitation on buying a climbing frame at such an expense online without seeing first. However really pleased, product arrived in good quality and the finish is to a very high standard.
