Garden design app

This is an AI app company that provides "expert" gardening design and landscaping. The app doesn't follow directs well and makes future iterations blurrier and blurrier. When asked to sharpen the images, the results are largely unsuccessful. I used the app for about an hour the 1st day I paid for it, then cancelled the service and asked for a refund. They refused, stating due to the amount of usage, they couldn't issue a refund. They charged me for a full year of service.
