Disastrous Customer Service - Never again

Ordered 2 of the same item by mistake.
Emailed same day requesting order amendment from 2 items to just 1 item no response...wrote a 2nd mail on the following day still no response. Wrote a 3rd email within 28 days of delivery in further attempt to secure return & refund, still no response . In exasperation called and reached Business Owner proceeded to criticise and insult me for making the error, not calling earlier & for opening the packaging.
