Bee wind chime packaging hell!
I bought the bee wind chime as a present for my mother. It’s beautiful but it took myself & my husband 30 minutes to untangle all the parts. Please change the way it is packaged - I have wrapped each spiral in tissue paper to prevent it retangling; this is how it should have arrived!

Sending gifts from Australia to England
I needed to send gifts to friends and family in England from Australia at short notice. Your selection was great, delivery was extremely fast and efficient, and everyone was delighted with what they received. My only problem is that there’s no apparent way to send a message with the gift to let them know who sent it! I had to send frantic emails to each of them. But I’ll happily use your website again, and would certainly recommend it.
