New Bosch Advanced Rotak 750 corded mower ordered at 11:30 am Monday and delivered to me in Herefordshire at 1:10 pm the next day! You can't ask for better, especially as it was keenly priced with free delivery. I just need some dry weather to use the new machine. Steven was very helpful on the phone in taking the order.

Having read such good reviews I ordered a Bosch hedge trimmer online late on Saturday afternoon. There was a problem with the credit card system but a phone call very quickly sorted it and I received my order early on Tuesday morning, very well packaged. I can only add to the brilliant reviews of the company and the customer service, I will definitely use them again.

Other retailers can learn from this one.
Having failed my credit card order, I phoned the following morning and when I said my issue, I was greeted by name !! The company prints out overnight failures ready for queries. This proactive approach is impressive and customer focused. The order was arranged for the next day. Very efficient and this will be my first port of call next time for a similar item. The price was very competitive and availability was better than B&Q, Argos and many more.

I received this product within a few days of ordering so GardenFox provided a very efficient service. They had also taken great care to package the product with masses of bubble wrap to ensure its safe delivery. So much so that it will all be reused.
