They never shipped my order. Wish I had read the reviews online, but they were the only supplier of a wooden composter we wanted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered 21 June via website with order confirmation received the same date - Order number 641317.
Order status link was included in e-mail - link has never worked just giving an error on the website. It looked like to trace of my order on the website and money withdrawn from the card.

After numerous attempts to reach out to Customer support, I did succeed - last week of July.

The agent advised me politely that the order was not dispatched because one of the items I ordered was out of stock and she could remove that SLKU with a refund and the rest of the order will be sent asap, she promised to sent confirmation via e-mail.

No confirmation received, no refund, and no contact about dispatch since then. Sent tones of letters with no response, get in touch via phone is unreal, regardless of what time of the day you are calling.

Time to seek legal methods of the matter resolution following EU Convention on the consumer right protection. Already getting touch with a lawyer and other deceived consumers.

Scam company - avoid at all costs!!
After months of promises of repayment - none coming.

This is really embarrassing to keep requesting a refund from you after months and months.
You must really be in a bad way if you cannot afford £75.00

Would be nice to have a refund and not another pathetic excuse

What a load of garbage - do not buy from these scammers

Ordered 2 large keter planters, cost of around £60. Read reviews and was sceptical, but couldn't get those planters anywhere.
Checked postage and they belonged to Royal mail, so thought it should be OK.
We received order an tracking numbers from Royal mail, was due to arrive Monday 11th, and didn't but we hadn't took weekend into consideration. They DID ARRIVE on Friday 16th. So not long after all, its a long way from Spain
There may be scam sites that cleverly overlay their site, why I say this is prices site my phone shows is different to ordering of laptop and if you put something in shopping basket on phone to check out. It's not there on the laptop site.
I'll use again

Anyone here who has had their money stolen by Jardinitis, should not waste their time trying to resolve the issues with this fraudulent, illegal company.

Instead contact the ODR
(The European Online Dispute Resolution platform )
The EU provides this commission to take legal steps to prevent criminal behaviour such as Jardinitis is in the habit of regularly praticing.
Also they operate cross-border, so no matter in which country you reside in ( as Jardinitis business registration is in Barcelona, Spain) you can contact the agency that will handle your issue in your country

As I had announced in my previous reviews, this is just the beginning of a campaign I will launching, in order to make sure that
a.) no further consumers will fall prey to Jardinitis illegal online business practices
b.) consumers who have had their money already stolen by Jardinitis can take legal steps against this company

I have also made contact with Rafael Gómez-Lus , who is a legal expert in Spain for Trusted Shops GmbH and will publish any updates here, as soon as I can give specific information and contacts for everyone to defend yourself against Jardinitis illlegal activities.

Consumers unite and stop online fraudulent businesses
trying to steal your money.

A note to Jardinitis:

Do you have the decency to make any statement about your fraudulent activities, other than your automatic and false claims about your regrets of your customers "not optimal" experience with you and your "accounting" department resolving the cases asap ?

To cut an endless story short: placed an order for over £300, received nothing, was endlessly promised a refund, received nothing. Opened a Visa case with my bank, which takes 4 or 5 months, despite me having sent all the documentation they require. In short, read the other reviews and do yourself a favour: believe them.

PS I was just reading the dreadful reviews of a similar company called Pawnature. They're also based in Spain. The wording of their responses to the litany of 1 star reviews is identical to that of Jardinitis. Same company?

Absolute scam!!! The worst online shopping experience I've ever had!!!! Order placed 8 months ago, items never arrived, cancelled the order and now waiting for my refund €53.20 for the last 6 months. Several emails sent and still no refund.
Do not buy from this website!!!

My Order never arrived and was told I could have a refund but still waiting nearly 3Months .They are the worse company to deal with.

Just got informed that one of them there was no stock so was cancelled. A few days later the other got also cancelled. Today just received an email from DHL with a tracking number regarding a small part of one order which I won't accept, just buyed in other store already. Refunded was already asked before today. According to their answer "Reivindicamos o departamento de contabilidade". Still waiting for refund of 116,13€ + 101,29€ = 217,42€.

SCAM!! Don't waste your time. 2 months and nothing. They don't answer the phone. I've got an email saying that they have a problem and rescheduled to 10-15 days but more than one month later nothing happens

If only I could give less than one star. This company is a shambles. On the 4th Feb I requested a refund of £388, I was told that the refund would go back to my original payment method but could tak between 7-14 working days. Countless emails later I’m still waiting for the money, I have my credit card company now involved with all my email correspondence. I get the occasional email from their suspect accounting department asking me for my IBAN number in order to process the refund. I’ve sent them the emails detailing how they will pay back the money and confirmation of the refund but nobody seems to get it. Looking at the reviews on here (I wish I’d done this before ordering) it’s clear that they are a tin pot company who excel at disappointment. Do not order from them you will be unhappy and frustrated.

Very bad service. Requested a refund and was informed more than 2 weeks ago that I would receive a refund. To date, this has not happened. I have sent an e-mail twice already enquiring about the status and what is causing the delay. For none of these e-mails I received a reaction.

Still no refund! This company are appaling do not use under any circumstances. The goods were ordered in August 2020. No goods of merchantable quality delivered and no refund!

I ordered garden furniture to be delivered to Ireland I was quoted a 10 day delivery and with current times I imagined that would be alot longer but furniture arrived 9am and on the day quoted. I'm extremely happy with jardinitis and will use again. Very cheap and efficient considering pandemic at the moment 😊 and responded to my emails within a day. Thank you

Similar experience to others. Ordered 1 december as supposedly "in stock". Cancelled 23 December. No refund as of 9 February despite several emails. Do not use under any circumstances.

No delivery, no refund, excuse after excuse, no longer replying to my emails, called them in Spain and they cut me off.

Still no refund

Called my bank (Lloyds) to dispute the debit card transaction, my bank has refunded me in full, my bank will be claiming the money back through the jardinitis’s bank.

If anyone else is awaiting a refund and it’s been more than 15 days since you ordered then don’t waste your time chasing a refund through jardinitis, contact your bank and dispute the transaction.

I ordered from Garden Jardinitis on 11th December. The I was originally told I would receive this order on 21st December.

I still don't have it, despite me sending around 20 messages. I have been told different things about where my delivery is. One day last week I was told it had been returned to the warehouse due to COVID and Brexit. The next day I was told it had been dispatched and would be with me within a week, but it has not arrived. If I email no-one replies, so I am limited to submitting enquiries through their website.

I keep asking for either proof of postage or a refund, but I have not yet got either.

I would advise avoiding this company at all costs.

I will update this if I manage to get either my order or a refund.

UPDATE 08/02 - I finally got my refund on 6th Feb after numerous emails.
