Poor quality item that bears no resemblance to decription or picture. Requests to return as per their T&Cs are ignored.
Fortunately a paypal claim returned my money.
If you have been stung then please seek reimbursement from paypal or your card company.

Same problem.Have an order number but no tracking info. Nothing received and no response via email after waiting a month.

Astonishingly, hideous service. Then when you receive the product(s) they bear no relation at all to what you ordered. I am actually more incensed that Facebook could advertise (and still does) such an evil organisation. I have paid £100 for clothes that I cannot return because they don't respond to my e-mails asking where I return the product to. They were a Christmas present for a friend. So even worse!!!!! Horrid horrid people.....

Give the money you are thinking of spending on this site to a charity instead, charity shops are unlikely to accept the crap they send in lieu of what you think you are buying.It is a fraud which would be banned in the EU. Stay well clear, I've been conned , please don't be.

Would give then no stars if I could! Just received my order (which took about 6 weeks) and it is very, very poor quality. All different brands and even though I ordered the same size for everything, different brands mean different sizes. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand (ALL BAD) as I definitely wouldn't' have bought anything from them. KEEP WELL AWAY!

JUNK,JUNK,JUNK! A complete rip off. If this material is cashmere then the scientist have transformed polyester to cashmere. The XL is at best a medium. The other sweater was so thin it was see through.
Don’t waste your money like I did!

I bought a “sweatshirt” which looked really nice, and indeed it does look good, However I have never had a sweatshirt before made of material so thin it’s nearly seethrough, if I sweat in this it will dissolve.
Chinese rubbish do not buy from this company

Absolute disappointing experience: You order cashmere and get something completely non useful crap. And they don´t answer your complaints - obviously.

I ordered 2 alpacha sweaters and when I received them they were nothing like the pictures. I have contacted their customer service but no response. Do not buy anything from this company.

I wasn't careful enough: I didn't read the reviews, I only saw the nice stuff. I bought and received goods of absolutely poor quality, about a quarter of the value of what I paid. So, beware of this site

What I ordered is nothing like what arrived, don't waste your time. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they have just given me a full refund.
From start to finish it was hassle - didn't knowledge the order, chased it up after 6 weeks to find it was delivered to Florida, 2 days later a package arrived here. Apart from the colour what I got was not what I ordered, not cashmere but cheap nylon, poor quality, badly made, didn't fit.
I've learnt my lesson, please don't buy from any one of the many names they use including the parent company name Fadshine.

I have written two truthful reviews about this company. They defrauded me out of £90. Every other review says the same thing. Yet Trustpilot have taken down both my reviews. When I provided proof of purchase and complained they said they had reinstated the reviews. They haven’t! Shamefull

What was ordered was s a good looking Cashmer pullover.what came looked nothing like the photo and was an polyester cheap sweater.

I have since received a refund via PayPal, but had to put up a fight with the clothing(?) Company to get the ful amount back.

I am afraid that most of these reviews are correct and like them, I cannot endorse this company.
My order did arrive after 3 weeks. However, the goods received did really not match those depicted on the website. In particular the cashmere jersey - thin +++...the Men's Retro Navy Heavy Knitted Jacket - nothing like depicted and simply not wearable.

I should have known better. A scam? Well possibly. But I was gullible too. However, the company should be held to account for incorrect advertising - but how to do this please?

Clever operation ,items trans shipped through a third party forwarder ( CHINESE ) , again non existant on the stated address and contact detail , SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM...........................

If you don't mind ordering sweaters and getting a completely different product, or contacting 'customer service 15 times with no response then this is the online retailer for you. How Facebook allows this company to advertise/sell on its site is simply mind-boggle;ing. Shame on me for not doing my homework, shame on you if you read reviews and still order goods. It is an example of the worst of what online retailing can be.

Looks like I’m in a long line of people who’ve been duped. This is a perfect example of a bait and switch company. BE WARNED - This whole operation is a money grabbing scam. I’ve already given up on ever seeing a return authorization or getting my money back. Karma will deal with these degenerates… unbelievable.

For the record, I want to say I was wrong about Gantnier.com. My order was delivered today by mail and as promised. While the customer service department wasn’t forthcoming with tracking information, however it came today. So I apologize to Gantnier and their employees for my previous bad review. Thank you.
