Shoes are faulty after 8 weeks
I bought a pair of Ganni shoes. Their ballerina flats. I really like them but after 8 weeks the coating has peeled off. They look like they have been worn for years whereas I've worn them perhaps 5 times. To be fair, even if I'd worn them every day for 8 weeks, this shouldn't happen. Very disappointed and I'm not sure I will even be able to do anything about it but they aren't wearable. They aren't super cheap either at £275 per pair.

Ongoing return issue - warning about GANNI’s unfair handling
I’m currently dealing with a very frustrating and disappointing return issue with GANNI – and I feel the need to warn others while the case is still unresolved.
I returned two dresses (a leopard print and a black one) in one parcel, following all instructions. GANNI now claims that only one dress was in the package and is asking me to pay €250 for the supposedly “missing” item – which I absolutely returned.
At first, they blamed the return registration on their website (which I cannot check anymore), and then said the parcel weight proves there was only one item. That’s simply not true – both dresses were packed and sent back together.
The case is still ongoing, but I feel accused and pressured to pay for something I no longer have – without any real way to prove myself. I find this extremely unfair and upsetting.
I’m sharing this so others are aware of the kind of measures GANNI may take in return cases. As a loyal customer, I expected a different kind of service and communication – not to be held responsible for a mistake I didn’t make.

Ganni produce poor quality products
Ganni produce poor quality products and take no responsibility for them. I have contacted ganni customer services about a product with a manufacturing fault but they refuse to help because I purchased via a third party retailer. Ganni do not care about the quality of their product or the customer experience. As others have said, I will never purchase from this brand again.
And Ganni, please don't add a patronising response thanking me for past purchases as you did to others, it just makes you look stupid.
Update: Ganni are referring me to the retailer and the retailer are telling me to contact Ganni. No one accepts responsibility. Disgraceful all round and I won't shop from either brand again - I urge others to heed this warning.

Don't bother - bad quality, high price
The sole completely came off my GANNI boots and the customer service said there was nothing to be done because I purchased them off a wholesaler. Within six months of owning this $700 combat boot, they became unwearable. I have to pay out of pocket to have them fixed, which is ridiculous. I also purchased a $900 winter coat from this brand and after two seasons the zipper has completely broke, which I will also have to pay upwards of $100 to fix.
At this point, I'll never buy from GANNI again.

Ordered a hat- wrong hat came.
Ordered a hat. A different shape and style hat was delivered. Same colour but that was it. It was rubbish quality. It wasn’t the same hat as the picture of the one I’d ordered. If it was a £10 hat I wouldn’t care but when it’s £85 you expect the right product that matches the picture.
