Never received order placed on 2/4/25 for $37.41 - numerous emails, no refund either...this is a ripoff, claiming to be JCPenny

GangGang using JC Penny in their Ad
Really on top of their fraud gamev I ordered in early April. They sent numerous emails about complications as the products came from China. Today May 15th no shipment has been rec'd. I checked goggle to see if they were legit. Found reviews on this site with the same situation as I have. Automatically went back to my emails and ALL their emails have disappeared. I am left to believe this was a fraud and scam.
