Ordering was easy, and there's a huge selection. I was a little hesitant at first given that my husband found this website. He's not the most savvy internet shopper. His shoes arrived and they were perfect! He loves them! I know where I'll be shopping for Christmas! I recommend.

It’s a scam! Do not order anything from this website. My package was mysteriously intercepted on the day of delivery and returned to sender, even though I was home at the time of the supposed delivery. Again, it’s a scam!

This company answered my questions quickly and accurately. Tracking was easy and accurate. Took about 2 weeks from purchase to delivery. Item came in great condition and fits exactly as ordered. I just can't say a bad thing about my experience with them. Great company to do business with!

If I had the option, I would choose a negative 5 star.

I purchased a black alligator bag from Ganebet which is lovely. While traveling, the handle came loose and was lost. I contacted the store and was told I could not return the bag because the return window had closed. I told them I wanted to purchase another handle to repair the bag. Ganebet told me the factory doesn't make the handles so I could not purchase one. I asked them who makes the handles and all communication stopped. I received no more replies to my emails.
Ganebet will not help if you have a problem with the products they sell.

The backpack I received was in good condition, but it was a fake that they made seem like a real LV backpack, even with a fake receipt from the Hong Kong LV store. The Supreme Christopher backpack had some glue on the strap, the Epi "leather" smells like chemicals, and the strap won't stay when tightened to carry. No LV tag number. Overall, waste of money and the site says refund only for 3 days after you receive. Would not recommend ordering from this company; it would be different if they stated from the beginning that they sell replicas and not try to fool you with fabricated receipts from the real LV store.

Both shipping box and shoe box were damaged. Shoes were the wrong size and wouldn't work with me to get the right size. Recieved order late. I am very disappointed in this company.
