I used Gamlins Mold for sale and purchase of property and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My solicitor Myles Power was amazing, he kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process easy for me. Nothing was to much trouble and he was super efficient.

Sought them for legal advice
The first contact forwards you to the wrong team.
They promise to call you back. They do not.
They talk to you like you are a nuisance.
Their office fronts look barren and are often unmanned.

I don't know how such firms stay in business when they can't even get the bare minimum right. Such places do not seem to take pride in their work nor even want your money these days at the very least. So bizarre.

What went wrong? How can this Company improve?

Nothing went 'wrong' because nothing happened; telephone calls weren't returned and emails (3) totally ignored.
How might they improve? I doubt they'd listen if I told them - and I can't imagine they would bother to respond anyway.

Appalling

My Partner GLORIA lost her home of her Dreams Because the Buyers Solicitor of which 2 Gamlins Solicitor pulled out ? They was very very Slow over SIX MONTHS !!! DO NOT TOUCH GAMLINS .
She will be going to the Top with this .

Gamlins Law and in particular Emma and Mellissa, dealt with the sale of my later fathers property. They both acted professionally but also friendly and the whole experience was without any issues. I would highly recommend Gamlins.

Have tried for a few weeks to get a quote from them for some conveyancing,
Don't return phone calls,
Don't answer emails
Don't allow you to call in person

I needed some urgent legal advice and contacted numerous solicitors. I was swiftly called by Sally and she took the time to speak to me with humility. She cared and offered me some good advice.
As a buiness owner myself I know good knowledgeable advice is priceless . Some local solicitors wanted huge sums before I could even speak to them. I’d heard good things about Gamlins and they are head and shoulders above the rest

Our solicitors was Simon and Elen Roberts both excellent on what they done for us as a family. We've waited 5 years to get the answers we wanted.

I am personally not impressed with their approach, their due diligence or review of information passed to them in matters raised against myself by a heating installer. Or their SAR response being late and only after I chased it up.

Dawne has been really helpful. We didnt have the easiest sale to our property due to boundary issue. Dawne was on top of everything, kept in contact with us throughout and really did a lot of chasing on our behalf. Would happily us Gamlins again

As others have said, don’t read everything sent to them causing issues.

Gamlins Solicitors was more than happy to take my claim on. Quick response to my emails straight away. They were always easy to talk to and explain things to me. Professional and polite through out.

I would highly recommend this company and Simon Roberts and Elen Roberts in particular. I couldn’t have asked more of them, they have been compassionate, diligent, with a real attention to detail. Hugely professional, responsive, clear on time frames and always approachable. They worked on a very complex case, that took years of work, leading to an excellent outcome. I recommend them unreservedly.

To be honest, the most inept company I have ever tried to work with.

Don't like answering emails (Don't use "Out of Office" so you know not to expect an answer)

Don't like taking phone calls.

Don't like members of the public undertaking Due Diligence when buying a property.

Lose items or claim they never had them,

The list goes on!!

Would NEVER use ever

We have dealt with Gamlins Law twice. Both times they were very easy to work with and always contactable and we received a excellent service. Theresa pushed the sale of our house and was fantastic to work with. Our house sale was in jeopardy as our previous solicitors had not even started the sale process. We explained our concerns to theresa and 2 months later our house is now sold. Thank you Theresa. I would definitely recommend Gamlins law in general and I certainly recommend using Theresa if you want a quick hassle free house sale!
