I am writing this to warn other users about the misleading billing practices of this site.
My account dashboard explicitly showed the SMART service as "DEACTIVATED". Naturally, any customer would assume that "Deactivated" means the service is cancelled and no further charges will be attempted. However, I discovered that Gamivo’s system completely ignores this status.
Despite the service being marked as inactive, their system continued to make multiple, aggressive attempts to withdraw funds from my card several times in March and once in April.
When I asked for an explanation, their support explained that for them, a "Deactivated" status simply means a payment has failed—not that the subscription is over. They claim that even if the status says the service is off, they will continue to target your bank account indefinitely until a payment is successfully collected, unless a separate "withdrawal of consent" is performed.
This is a complete lack of transparency. If a portal tells a user a service is "Deactivated" or "Rejected," it should be common sense that the billing stops. Instead, they use these labels while their automated bot keeps trying to pull money in the background.
The situation was so persistent that I was forced to block my payment card and order a new one just to protect my funds.
Do not trust what you see in your account dashboard. Even if it says your subscription is deactivated, they may still be trying to charge you.

Good, solid prices for games. the deliverance of the keys are almost always quick and trustworthy. in some cases the wait for conformation can be a bit, but is the exception.

I bought WoW Midnight Epic Edition AlterGift, and the seller didnt reached me in battle net or any other source of messaging, nor the support of Gamivo works 24/7. I used live chat options few times through several hours and it always end up "provide us your contact details - we will help later" and even if you try to provide them your contact details - it fails all the time. And the most terrifying thing is that this "AlterGift" coulnd be refunded automatically due to "display key" feature which leads to NO REFUND thing and yeah.... bad servece, totally terrible, worst experience in my life tbh. Also you cant directly cancel silent subscription, it said it will send you a cancellation link to email but never did.

so far i got friend request in from the seller thanks to support, they replied 2-3 hours after i register ticket and contacted seller regarding the isssue

I decided to try playing Borderlands 2 with my friend, and he recommended buying a key from GAMIVO, which I hadn’t used before. The prices looked better than elsewhere, so I gave it a shot.
When I tried to activate the key on Steam, it showed as already used. I contacted customer support right away to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, my friend bought a key from another site since he really wanted to start playing.
Filing the report was a bit confusing at first. When I uploaded the images, it wouldn’t let me submit and showed an error. I figured it might be because the screenshots were cropped instead of full, which actually made sense.
Support responded quite quickly and handled the situation professionally. They gave me the option to refund the money back to my payment method or receive it as GAMIVO account balance. At first I thought the payment refund, but then decided to give the platform another chance. After submitting as a balance refund, the money arrived almost instantly.
So with that balance i bought another game of my interest. And with that, everything worked as indented. Game Key worked, and arrived instantly.
TL:DR I guess with a little hiccup, wrong/fake key by the seller. But with pic proof, customer support was good experience, and i got my issue resolved.
Tried their service again and after that everything is perfect. Can still recommend that website based on my experience.
