From the get go, communication was excellent, turn around blisteringly quick, the value was unmatched.
Once the PC was set up we realised how great it looked, we opted for a white one, my son is soooooo happy.

I have been planning to buy a new pc for 3 years and going from company to company looking at pre builds and custom builds.

I then came across gaming pc south west (20 minutes from away from me) and Ed

Whilst it was and still is a learning curve for me, buying a non high street pc's and going a proper build.
Ed has been superb and very very paitent whilst i work through all the options and what i think i need the pc to do, all of which started 6 months ago.

Considering the prices of components at this moment in time the specs and cost of Ed's builds are are superb.

I would highly reccomend him and certainly without hesitation go back.

I’ve been going to Ed for a while now. I highly highly recommend him. Not only is he a genius at what he does, he is a genuine good guy who goes out his way to help. Me and my son have had multiple pcs from him upgrading to the ultimate build. He has always gone above and beyond in customer service, offering help and advice, also offering trade in on existing parts is a great bonus too which has helped me with my build getting it to where it is today. Whether it’s a starter pc or an ultimate setup ed offers it all.

Asked many questions and he was very helpful with all his replies.
Ordered the gaming pc and arrived within a couple of days , Ed sent through a couple of setup instructions and everything was perfect.

I was in the market for a new pc, and I am cautious about building one myself so I found this seller on Ebay and he gave me assurance on all my worries. Order arrived EXTREMELY quick and couldn't be happier with my purchase. They really know what they are doing.

I was after a PC that could run a specific software. I messaged them with the specs required and they helped me choose the right computer to run it. They even upgraded the graphics card to make it run smoother. Very professional service and I couldn’t be happier with my new PC! I would recommend to anyone !

Nov 2023: Superb service and a great price for a specialist desktop build. I came up with a design for a Desktop build that I wanted for a very specific task. Ed took my design and improved upon it (using components that I did not believe would be affordable within my budget) and quoted me with an exceptionally low price (much cheaper than I found similar builds at some of the well known national custom builders). Machine was built in less than a week and it worked perfectly from the moment I plugged it in. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: The machine has worked perfectly for 18 months, but I then needed an upgrade to the processor and motherboard to cope with some different hardware/software I wanted to use. Ed carried out the upgrade at an extremely good price and within 36 hours. Another great experience dealing with Ed... Thanks!
