The prices were pretty reasonable for a playoff game, but didn't like that I had to download another APP to get my tickets vs just using Gametime APP. So that was a pain in the butt.

The use of the app and purchasing of…
The use of the app and purchasing of tickets was easy. But I didn't receive the tickets even though I made the purchase and they were in my account. I went to the Box Office on the day of the game like the customer service agent told me to do and it didn't work. Somebody else had scanned into the stadium for the seats that I had purchased so I couldn't get into the game and had to purchase new tickets on another service site.

Please before buy compare in other sites
Because it was more expensive than on other websites — about 30% more than Ticketmaster. I know it was my fault because I didn’t check other sites beforehand, but I still think it was too much.

I liked being able to find tickets for an event that was sold out however being my first purchase with game time I was supposed to get $20 off my first purchase of $200 or more. I made a purchase for $1700 and the SAVE20 code I had did not work I think that was a scam!

Good price but not so easy !
Prices were great, but choosing the number of tickets wasn’t so intuitive and then neither was finding out you didn’t use Gametime for the tickets you had to go to Ticketmaster, which required an extra step or two

Great ticket app for sports!
Super easy to find tickets and receive them via transfer to the ballpark app! Tickets had a great view and were a great price.
