Customer service at its best! Sara was very helpful throughout my whole experience shopping with them, as promised I’ve received my pre-order of one piece. Happy customer from the uk, item was well packaged and they even took notes of my instructions.

What really stood out to me was their communication. They consistently kept me informed about my order and made sure to follow up with updates along the way. Even though my item took longer than expected, I always knew what was going on, which made a big difference.
Their customer care is excellent they genuinely make an effort to stay connected and keep their customers at ease throughout the process. Because of that, I would definitely buy from this shop again.

MTG PreOrders AVOID
Do not preorder product here. Placed a preorder for MTG Final Fantasy Collector Deck Set back in February. I tried to reach the store about a dozen times over email as well as their website contact and they never replied to me to confirm they have the product, plan to ship it, nothing. Ghosted me. I cancelled via the web form but no idea if it will actually refund me.

Great Surprise
While the order did take some time to get to the US (not knowing this store was based in Italy at the time of my order) the staff have been nothing but incredibly kind and amazing. I cannot recommend this store enough!
