100$ turn into 20$

I purchased a $100 crypto voucher from GameSeal, but when I redeemed it, it only contained $20 instead of the full amount. I immediately contacted customer support, explained the situation, and provided the necessary details, but they never even bothered to reply.
This is completely unacceptable. Zero assistance or communication from the company is honestly disgraceful. I would strongly advise others to be careful when buying from this platform.
