Terrible service

Terrible service: they don't give you your order until you write to them yourself, although they promise instant delivery. Technical support is incompetent in solving any issues, constantly referring to some all-powerful manager, because only he can solve this issue. So replace the agent with manager in the chat in this case.

Bought a rust skin still haven’ not…

Bought a rust skin yesterday toke 1 day to recive it from purchase and a bit of verification before I got it but other than that I’m pleased with there service I got and will diffidently use again in the future

I lost money because of this site!

I lost money because of this site! I do not recommend this site to anyone! I've been waiting for my skin for 72+ hours, I contacted support 5 times, they promised me that my skin would definitely be there in the morning, I woke up, there was no skin, support didn't help at all!

I am hesitant to use this site again.

I am hesitant to use this site again.

So I had placed an order for some Team Fortress 2 Keys, First order went smoothly toke around 9 hours to get the trade after paying but the trade went smoothly, I then went and placed another order and that's when problems started after I placed the order I got the trade within around 2 hours, when I went to accept the trade I just received an error message saying not working please try again later so I contacted the support agent which off course is located overseas and is operated by people whom made it clear they did not speak good English, I told them about the issue and they said they would send cancel the trade and send it again, which they did but the trade did still not work, so I just asked them to cancel the order and refund me, after I said that they suggested that we cancel my order and they give me a discount code to make the same order again, so we did that and the trade still did not work, so I again asked them to just cancel my order and refund me my original payment after that they continued to cancel the trade and resend it 4 more times even though I was constantly asking to just cancel my order and refund me, it was after 2 hours of this I was told they are switching shift so I was told to hold on and the new person would join and help me, I replied okay and then 50 minutes later they then closed the support chat because I had gone "afk".

I then created another support chat and asked them to just please cancel my order and refund me and after an hour and a half they agreed to, they said that I would receive the refund immediately but its the next day and I am yet to receive the refund.

Overall I am very hesitant to use this site again as the trouble and frustration that the site has caused me is not worth it.

Could not even get any items says…

Could not even get any item says fatal error when you go to check out asked for help as its not my computer having this problem tested on a few machines and different browsers same error . Help just acted like they knew nothing and were half sleep . Finally left Mad and needed a good break. This review will stay up till fixed. and I am responded too of why and what kinda help they had .

Slow delivery

Took almost 24 hours from purchasing to receiving my skins.

Update: I was offered a $2 dollar voucher to up my review to 5 stars. Disgusting behaviour, don't ever purchase anything from these guys

Apparently not got scammed

Today I bought an arcana for mk and shoulders for storm spirit. It shows coinbase awaiting status. I have screenshots with proofs that it was really paid. But it still shows coinbase awaiting status. Eventually, I got all the items on my account.

Paying for reviews even tho site is bad

They tried to pay me with a voucher to up my review to 5 stars and their support is really low level, alot of typos, responding with one word answers. Overpriced items, bad website and alot of problems with their site.
Paying for reviews is the worst fraud.
