they have no regard for there loyal customers. been buying pokemon from them for 3 years and when the scalpers come along they wear happy to sell the bulk to them. went from getting 6 151 etbs over 2 months to not getting one product for 3 releases. been asking them to add me to there pokemon email so i can know before it goes live so i can get ready and they refuse but almost every scalper knows the times. they hold stock back so once its release day there are no longer any at retail they start selling it at ebay prices. so you get pre-order or you get to pay 2x. will be happy if this company goes under
I have been a regular customer for the past three to four years. Whilst I was first skeptical of their services, I went on a whim and bought a product. Not only did the product arrive as I expected, but all my products have arrived much before the expected delivery date.
Even when I had run into a dispute regarding something I had purchased, they were consistent and respectful in their communication, and I received a full refund of the product.
Their website is minimalistic and easy to browse through. I have also been rewarded on certain occasions for simply purchasing products from the items (such as discounts and exclusive offers)
The only issue I would say I have is that there is no physical store located where I am, which sucks 😔.
Overall, these guys are your go-to if you want to purchase anything TCG or board game related. I would heavily recommend checking these guys out.
A pack of Top Trumps Soccer Cards were advertised and the set that arrived was not the type in the pictured advertisement. I paid triple the price for the same set I had already purchased at a local games store. Beware that what is pictured is not what you get sent. Alfred J

300 percent mark up on particular products.
I will never purchase from them again.
I purchased some Pokemon cards from them. They advertised that the box contained 36 booster packs. However, I they only sent 6 packs (super overpriced for 6 packs). The listing was misleading, and when confronted they refused to accept responsibility, instead blaming their supplier and refused to offer an acceptable solution.
This experience makes me question Gameology's advertising accuracy and customer service policies.
My advice would be Do not buy Pokémon TCG, trading cards, or other collectibles from them.
Key Issues:
❌ Misleading product descriptions
❌ Poor customer service
If you're looking for trusted retailers for Pokémon cards in Australia, I would suggest looking elsewhere unless Gameology improves its accuracy, transparency, and customer service.
EDIT IN RESPONSE TO GAMEOLOGY REPLY:
Thanks for your response.
However, I want to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this:
The gift card offered was only $10, which doesn’t come close to making up for the price discrepancy.
I paid $109 for what was advertised as a box of 36 booster packs. What I received was just 6 packs — something that would cost around $42–$60 at EB Games or other stores local to me. A partial refund or gift card in that range ($40–$60) would have been a much more reasonable resolution (although the difference between 6 and 36 packs would be closer to $200), but Gameology refused even the lower suggestion. To be clear, I would not accept a gift card after this experience, only a refund or partial refund.
Offering a full return sounds fair on the surface, but the process is inconvenient and puts the burden of correcting Gameology’s mistake entirely on me — the customer. They have stated the returned product will go through quality assurance before they refund, so there is a chance I get no money back if anything is damaged in shipping.
Yes, mistakes happen, but how companies respond is what matters. In this case, the compensation offered feels inadequate, and the overall resolution placed all of the responsibility on the customer, rather than owning and fixing the problem adequately.

Do not buy from them
I bought some Pokemon cards from them and they are fakes. Absolute bs
Lucky I only bought 5 packs cause I did not trust them
Don’t want others to make the same mistake

Paid a premium for sealed pokemon center etbs just for them to show up heavily damaged with seals barely intact.
Sent through detailed emails & photos as soon as they arrived to me just to be told that due to their return policy on tcg items that it couldn't be exchanged, compensated or refunded regardless of the fact that the damaged had happened prior to shipping as seals don't tear off after packaging.

Fantastic products and prices. Prompt response to order and delivery
Product did not arrive and no updates received. After following up for 2 months of waiting, I was informed that product was returned to sender and that I need to pay 10$ for a refund or repurchase and a 5% handling fee. This is the first time I had a problem with online buying

I have had major trouble with a return of an item that is still sealed but metal box it comes I has been damaged during transit, I can’t get a replacement or refund, Gameology are saying because the contents of the box are still playable, the product can still be used for its intended purpose.
I wonder if the person will agree when they open their dinted Christmas present

I am really disappointed by this company. My 9
Year old saved for two years for a particular Pokémon card set and when it arrived the packaging was damaged. Not from transport but because how it was packed. I contacted the company and I was told the cards are still fit for purpose. If you're a young boy who has saved all of this pocket money or If your a collector I would steer clear of this company. They have some great reviews but your story could turn out like my sons, hopes and dreams crushed.
