Look elsewhere for paint
I ordered some Citadel paints to replace my old ones. I received older and more rock solid paints than I already have. They apologized and sent me replacements that were just as old and unusable (2011). Now I need to go find paint somewhere else. I gave 2 stars because they at least went through the motions of trying to fix the problem.
