I made a mistake with the address on my…

I made a mistake with the address on my order, which caused my shipment to be lost. Your customer service person, I think it was Daniel was not only responsive to my inquiry, but persistent in working until it was resolved. He didn't just shrug his shoulders and let it go. He was there until it was resolved. Thank you.
