Hi, I’m Anton. I’m a certified coach, lifelong gamer, and the founder of Game Life Coaching. Game Life Coaching is a gamified personal development program for young adults. It uses the language and imagery of gaming to build better habits, boost motivation, and create direction — all without forcing someone to give up what they love. As someone who used to play video games as an escape from real life, I know how how easy it is to feel disconnected and lacking direction. But through trial and error, coaching, and a lot of self-work I realised something powerful: the things that made games so compelling — building characters, choosing quests, levelling up — could be applied to real life. That’s what I did to level up my own life. And now, it’s what I help others do too.

Great Coaching Experience
Anton and I met on a business networking event and I absolutely loved the Game Life Coaching concept.
I did an executive coaching session with him, which proved to be very valuable in me identifying issues I wanted to resolve, figuring out how to tackle them, and keeping me accountable. Anton is an excellent coach and is passionate about helping people improve. I can definitely recommend his services.

Unique and fun coaching with a twist
Unique and fun. Anton is a great listener and tries his best in relating with you to try and better help you understand yourself. His video game approach simplifies the experience from character building to paving out your next steps, he makes it fun and easy for you to understand and tackle for yourself. His focus on helping you work out your own solutions is fair and reassuring.

Coaching to make life your favorite game!
Amazing experience! Anton’s great at taking what you know you should do and making it actionable. Not only pushing the phrase “take your own advice” to its limits, but making it fun along the way by gamifying it. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Character-building
Anton is a nice guy and he knows what he is doing. I liked the character-building session, it helped me to understand myself better and made me realize which areas of my life I should focus on.
