I got the GameHunter Pro a couple weeks ago, and honestly it’s been great!! I wasn’t sure what to expect yeh but it’s solid..feels sturdy, and the different heads actually make a difference when I’m sore from working out. plus the battery lasts ages too which is a big plus

and ordering was easy enough, and it showed up when they said it would. Had a small mix-up with the tracking tho so I emailed them and they got back to me quick with the right info so its nice to deal with people who don’t leave you hanging

It’s not the cheapest thing out there, but it’s worth it for how well it works. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it...beats the random cheap ones I’ve tried before!!

I don't think you even deserve a star. The reason I gave you one star is that there's no option for no star at all. Cancelling my order out of a blue and didn't even bother to tell me the reason why it has been cancelled. All I had was a surprise email saying your order has been cancelled and not even an apology with it for the inconvenience caused.

Exceptional service from the whole team - special thanks to Ahmed, Lottie and Mohammed who went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued GHS customer. I would definitely recommend getting this massage gun, it has helped me incredibly during COVID and home working.

Not yet received my item and had not received any updates

Great experience, fast delivery and quite suprised about the quality of the product given the price!

Placed the order two weeks ago and I still haven't received it. When you book the order in, it mentions 7 day express delivery. Two weeks later, product still hasn't arrived. That statement on the email will need to change as it is false information. They are very quick with taking your money from your bank account while the product is still not delivered. Ofcourse their excuse will be it's the royal mail. Change your delivery process as it does not work!

Terrible service almost 3 weeks later still have not received my order 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have provided quiet negative feedback about this site I.e late delivery and insufficient communications. However after posting this feedback, customer service did finally contact me and the product arrived 2 days later.

The product itself is extremely good and I’m very satisfied, it’s just a shame about the delivery time and the failure to respond timely to communication.

No delivery updates and it has taken longer than they guaranteed when I was making the purchase. I had to contact them for the tracking number which turned out to be incorrect.

The GameHunter Pro is definitely a game changer, much better than the standard guns you can buy on other sites. Attachments and battery life are great. I emailed customer service to enquire about delivery and more information about the attachments and I received prompt responses from friendly staff who were happy to supply me links and suggestions with further help.

The GHS Pro Massage product is absolutely a brilliant product ,the massage machine is very well designed, easy to use , light weight easy to use comes with its carry case and various attachments for different uses .

It was a purchase for my wife as a Valentine Gift yes you read it right ...but it’s worth every penny .
Yes it’s reasonably priced for it’s use and benefits.
