My first (and so far only) order was the Logitech G413 SE. It's a budget keyboard and it obviously feels that way.
I ordered it on the 7th of March 2023, and the product arrived 2 days later.
There were no visible scratches on the packaging and everything arrived in near factory new condition.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the delivery and this company seemed pretty small so props to them for doing it well.
Excellent customer service and very fast despatch. Package was nicely wrapped with lots of foam. Lowest price in EU for the keycaps too. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks guys!
PS: The address book on the website is not the best. Part of the address was left out from the package, but i sorted it out with the postal office in my country. I suggest you add an "Address Line 2" for customers with a long address :)

hi proxzor, we reply to all our emails. Do keep in mind we are a small company so if you email the night before a holiday and a weekend, it can take a bit longer.
However we don't have any outstanding emails that haven't been replied to. Also on twitter, youtube, tiktok, facebook and instagram I don't see any outstanding messages.
Can you please double check your spam? as hotmail, outlook, msn etc sometimes block our replies (and always put is in spam).
