I forgot the date that I purchased Microsoft Office 365 from Best Buy. Because I didn’t renew the subscription, I was unable to access and use word, excel and powerpoint. I researched various alternatives and bought a MS office cd from Amazon. I had to return it, because the installation disc failed to load.

Without Sabine’s advice and e-mail showing how to install the program, I never would have known the trial period , would end in 30 days and how to input the activation key code, to have the office program forever.

I'm another skeptical customer who was worried that my purchase of MS Office 24 would fail on authintication, but, for the price, I decided to risk it.
I bought it, downloaded it, followed the instructions for installation and activation provided on their site and and it all worked.
The license is for 3 PC's. Haven't tried to install on any otherPC's.

Download and installation of Office 24 was staightforward as expected. Although I was not surprised, purchasers should be aware that they are purchasing an LTSC Licence for Office 2024 Professional Plus with the applicable limitations for such a licence - this has not been a problem for me to date.
