I would give a 0 if it was an option
I would give a 0 if it was an option. I spent over a week trying to get this to work. Couldn't get a live person, the situation was complicated and no one could fix it. I was never even able to download the program. The people I spoke to were nice, but weren't knowledgeable enough to answer complex situations.

new MS office suite for windows 10 but CC payment confusing
once I figured things out &downloaded all appswork great. Fast. Looks like my old docs from MS365 subscription I gave up. Seems working fine.
****BUT I went in circles more than a few times, confused how to pay. Credit card checkbox seemed to do nothing. No popup box to place my CC# on. No msg explaining what I found out--it seems you have to check off PayPal [I gave up my PP acct & didn't want a new acct] and THEN you can do it, without making a PP account. Can you not make CC payment more intuitive or explain what is required?
