Fishy situation and terrible service
I bhought $75,- Amazon giftcards that upon use, blocked my account. Amazon points out that the account was blocked due to the gift cards and because games card direct is not a authorised seller of the gifts cards Amazon does not support. Finally Amazon unblocked my account after 6 phonecalls, 3 e-mail and several months later, but the giftcards turned to be invalid.
I contacted game cards direct about this issue and I was told by Berend they would not help me because the purchase was made several months ago and they can’t track what I did with the codes. Hence, they don’t seem to trust me, nor did they ask for any kind of proof (which I have). They did not even bother to think how to help me in this shituation.
Delivery 10/10, but that doesn’t count with this kind of service. Just be aware that all good reviews here are about the fast delivery and not the service and all the bad ones are about this company neglecting assistance when needed.
Edited this post just to respond to the false facts shared by Berend.
There are no paragraphs in your terms and conditions covering a situation of faulty cards.
Refunds and investigations after such a long period have zero correlation to prioritising security for customers and operations.
Please adjust your response for the sake of integrity.
