Customers service

Everything great!. Michael were so kind and he understands things very well, helped me a lot, and was very attentive to whether I needed anything else. Receiving this kind of help is the reason I shop with confidence.

Super good experience

Great customer support by Michael

I made a purchase on GameBoost and waited for the payment to go through for quite a while (30 minutes to be exact) before coming to the conclusion that my payment may have failed. I then when and purchased the same game from another site only to find that later in the day my payment to GameBoost was successful. I immediately contacted customer support and spoke with an excellent advisor by the name of Micahel. Michael understood my situation and and granted me a full refund. I was very appreciative of the level of service and support I got from Michael. Thank you very much!
