I want to sincerely thank Michael from GameBoost support for the amazing help he gave me with my refund request. He was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process.

It’s honestly rare to find customer support that actually cares and takes the time to properly assist users, but Michael provided an excellent experience from start to finish.

Thank you again for the outstanding service. GameBoost is lucky to have someone like him on the support team.

User Experience

GameBoost is a website with a good UI design. It is easy to buy game keys there. However, I was disappointed with the website’s system. Even though the UI looks good, the user experience is a little poor.

I bought a game key on GameBoost. At first, I carefully checked the game region and the game details. The website did not show that the item was “out of stock” and allowed me to complete the purchase. However, after the payment was successful, GameBoost refunded my money because the item was actually “out of stock.”

Even though I received the refund, it still took time to process. Why didn’t they show “out of stock” before the payment was made?

I hope the website improves its system in the future.
