S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 - Ultimate Habar Pack

Habe S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl Ultimate Edition "Habar Pack" vorbestellt mit Vorkasse. Bestellung wurde bestätigt und ich habe halbes Jahr auf den Release gewartet - 4 Tage vor Versand wurde die Bestellung dann ohne Begründung abgebrochen. Geld zurück gabs erst auf Nachfrage. Alles in allem extrem frustrierend als Sammler, zudem hätte ich die Entwickler auf diese Weise gern unterstützt. Habe bei Game Legends ohnehin nur bestellt, weil offizieller Partner der Entwickler für Europa. Erste und Letzte Erfahrung mit dem Händler - Nie wieder!

Tried to contact

Tried to contact, got gaslighted. Ordered stalker collectors edition and still up to this day from the day of premiere i didn't received my physical items. Trash shop, Florian from support also doesn't give nothing about responding and handling the issue. Most tragic game shop ever experienced.

Bearable

I subscribed for Stalker 2 preorder almost 1 year before game release. GSC Game World dropped me message to order from Game Legends. I placed order literally after email and my order should be among first ones. Game Legends failed to deliver on time, May 2025, while game was released October 2024. I politely requested from them any small bonus/compensation because I have to wait until January 2026 (!). Game Legends agent Florian, replied me just once (see email below) and since then I’m being ignored. I have requested full refund but everything looks like scam.

I have received refund without any issues. Deduction 2 stars as Game Legends has failed to deliver product and they hadn’t done anything to keep me waiting.

I strongly advise against shopping here

I strongly advise against shopping at Game Legends (PLAION GmbH). I requested a cancellation for my order on April 29, 2025, with a promised refund within 5-7 business days, by May 9 at the latest. Nothing arrived. On May 12, they claimed it would be processed “shortly,” but it was another empty promise – still no refund. Customer service ignored my multiple messages for a week, and they haven’t responded to my bank’s inquiries for the chargeback, showing either gross incompetence or deliberate dodging. I’ve reported this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC), Austrian VKI, and Polish UOKiK. They’re violating EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) by failing to refund within 14 days. On Facebook, they throw excuses “refunds in progress” but take no action. Steer clear of this shop unless you want trouble recovering your money!

I had a great experience

I had a great experience. They have very nice items for sale that I can't get in Lithuania so I'm very happy that they ship internationally.
Fast shipping and I got a nice plushy as a gift. That was so sweet, thank you. Will order again in the future.

Nice experience after all

+ Choosing and ordering merchandise is quite easy, although the website looks at least 10 years old.
+ Payment secured by Paypal even when you choose payment via credit/debit card.
+ Insurance up to 2500€ for free.
+ Order was shipped one day after it was placed and delivered the third day (Austria -> Czech republic) (18 - 21 Feb 2025)
+ Goods were very well packed and secured with sufficient soft material. The paper box was also secured with plastic straps
- I haven't got any tracking number from the shop and tracking provided on the shop's website wasn't listing anything. I got first news about shipping from local carrier (PPL) the day the shipment should've been delivered

Fast delivery and good communication – Highly recommended!

So, it has been five years since i ordered something. I lost the shop out of sight, but when I found it again, they had some nice deals.

To be honest I was a bit worried because of the recent bad review, and I was going to order two items worth 130 euro's (The Elder Scrolls Online Figur „Daedric Prince“ and Fallout Statue "Mini Cannibal" Black & White).

But everything went as smooth as five years ago when i orderd the Metro Exodus Spartan Edition. Good communications via mail, quick shipment, perfectly packed. I would order again without a doubt.

No more, never this company again

I´m so disappointed with this company, I wrote them I think now already 5 times without any answer about my order...
Their number is still switched off.I paid 200 eur for Collector´s edition Stalker 2 in the end of October, they are scamers, nothing more already anything...

Very nice shop & fast delivery when preordering.

Preordered Stalker 2 physical edition and got it 5 hours before the game was released, now thats what i call good customer service :)
Happy about the price and the physical steel casing came in perfect condition.
Overall a happy experience and i will be back again 100%.

Amazing service when things are not right!

I made an order in the EU Bethesda store which is run by game legends, and the courier seems to have lost the parcel, possibly due to the Brexit/Covid hassle at the moment. The representative from Game Legends, Annika, was superb kept me up to date, and checked back in with me to let me know what was going on, and then when it failed to materialise after an agreed period of time, she send me out replacement goods which arrived quickly. Throughout she was polite, helpful, and prompt with all actions. It is easy to leave a good review when things go right, but I still have nothing bad to say when things went wrong, so that speaks volumes.

Amazing customer support

I ordered some monster hunter merchandise from the capcom store Game Legends manages. I made a mistake, forgetting it was now 2021 and, thinking that the entire order would be shipped in over a year, got in contact with the customer support. An employee by the name of Lydia got back to me very quickly and helped me out repeatedly, as I realized my mistake, being very polite all the while. One of the best experiences with customer support I've had. 10/10

Bethesda EU Store is Shady

I ordered from Bethesda's EU Store and I wish I saw more clear reviews warning me. Their dealings are through Game Legends and, in a nutshell, here's exactly what's wrong with them:

- They charged me extra during checkout because of a conversion rate error THEY WERE AWARE OF, but only refunded me because I noticed and emailed them about it.

- The hoodie I ordered was way too small. The sizes on the website lie and the sizes on the back of the hoodie's packaging weren't the ones stated on the website, either. I compared the sizes to other hoodie sizes online that I already own and fit: there should be no sizing error.

- I paid out of my own pocket for tracked and signed packaging to return the item. I wouldn't risk getting it lost and going through more headache. They state they only return how much they paid for shipping to you - any additional cost is on the buyer. But because they're a company, they get cheaper shipping rates, which basically makes it impossible for you, the average consumer, to send something back and not be short a few pounds/dollars/euros.

I'm out of money and with no hoodie. AVOID LIKE CORONA.

Couldn't fault my order :-)

I can only review my order as really impressive. I bought the Capcom Home Arcade from the official Capcom EU website, and it was distributed through Game Legends in Germany. (Nintendo also use a 3rd company to Distribute their items from Germany to the rest of Europe so this is pretty standard). The order went through without a hitch and a few days later, they sent me an Copy Invoice which showed the DHL tracking number. The Tracking number didn't show on their site for a few days...but then showed the progress from Germany and into the UK. It probably took a week or so to arrive, but postage was included in the price I paid. I was really impressed that the machine had a plastic wrap around the Retail box and this was inside a stronger brown outer box which had tape and 4 straps around it for extra strength. I can't comment on the negative reviews, because they were for different items than mine...but my order was really really impressive and I would be happy to order from them again in the future. This is a genuine review from a buyer :-)

Terrible. Don't Even Bother With Them.

I ordered a few Monster Hunter blind boxes from the Capcom EU store at the start of July, two weeks in advance for a birthday.

I chose the boxes specifically as they were some of only a few online that were still in stock.

The delivery estimate said 3-5 days.

2 weeks later I send a curious email to Capcom questioning how long the parcel has taken to arrive, only to be told that it hasn't even been dispatched because ONE of the figures is not in stock. After I replied asking which figure it was, I had to wait another full week for a reply. At which point they told me ALL OF MY ORDER was out of stock and would not be dispatched until SEPTEMBER.

And I would not have been notified if I hadn't send about 7 emails.

Utterly useless.

Don't even bother, it isn't worth the hassle. And I ended up without a gift for my SO's birthday.

Incredibly disappointing.

they gave no real information about the…

they gave no real information about the current order status, only vague statements (after several E-Mail from my side!) and in my opinion, these were just cheap excuses.

I cancelled my order and got the money back quickly.

I would not recommend this one in any case, look for a more reliable online shop

Same as most of the reviews ... They don't send your items and keep your money. My order was placed 3 months ago and they also told me they moved their warehouse ....
