I bought five wall scones in October of…

I bought five wall scones in October of last year. After six months of getting the run around i requested a refund. After a month my request i still do not have my $800 dollars. Credit card company is handling it now. They will not refund my money. This is a complete fraud. I used to do business with them long ago and have bought many chandeliers and been happy. I don’t know what happened to this company. All I can say is good luck if you decide to buy something from them.

When I ordered the chandelier I advised…

When I ordered the chandelier I advised that I needed it rather quickly and they assured me I would have it in 2 weeks. Well 2 months later it finally arrived only to find that they sent chrome and not the gold finish I ordered. This was one of their most expensive chandeliers
The error was discovered today when the electrician arrived to install it and when they opened the crate it was the wrong color. Of course it’s Sunday and they are not reachable. I am so terribly upset to have waited 2 months for delivery when I was told it would be 2 weeks only to receive the wrong item.
I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order

Wait, wait and then wait some more

Ordered chandelier in January and waited I wasn’t in a rush at the time. Called the end of March and was told it would be in port on May 1st. I waited for a week and emailed them. Was informed it would be end of May. I asked for a refund and they said it would be a couple of days. No follow and no response now.
They’ll answer the phone, which is great but they never follow through. Hard to kno how they stay in business.

This company is a joke!!!!
I placed an order last December for 4 chandeliers.. I committed to 2 clients to have these chandeliers for April events.
they advertise all their products as "IN STOCK ITEMS".. they lie!! be careful.. I talked to them in February and then in march and they were just saying lies and lies..

WORST COMPANY EVER!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY! They don’t deserve 1 star, more like 0 star. Notice all the 5 stars have “invited” and are fake? We ordered a $,3,347 chandelier on 2/22/23 and it’s now June - 4 months later! They have repeatedly lied that their container got stuck in china, told me multiple times my chandelier will arrive “next week”; Alex personally called me and lied that my FedEx tracking number will be sent out next week and that was 2 weeks ago! These are fraudsters from China that have zero reputation - will lie , steal your money , refuse to reimburse and come up with all sorts of deceitful lies! Screw you, Gallery! I will sue your company if you don’t refund my money in full !

Worst worst customer service

Worst worst customer service. First and foremost they sell items that are out of stock and this whole thing cost us thousands of dollars as we rent these out. I dont know the gentleman's name but good luck talking to him. He talks to you like an animal! DO NOT BUY, LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS.

They are a complete fraud

They are a complete fraud! Do trust the reviews. I regretted not trusting them. Ordered a chandelier in March. Constantly gave excuses of no stock but did not provide any proper communication. Said will refund but again making excuses before processing refund! Do not buy from them!

Fraud! Ordered an expensive chandelier in November. It is now April. They charge your CC. Don’t provide any update. Don’t refund. They are complete frauds!

The reviews are true

The reviews are true. They've had enough time (2 weeks) to send the 2 chandeliers or at least the tracking. Same story goes a long way: Number #1 Lie) Delivery & tracking in 5-7 day. Number #2 Lie) You'll receive tracking next week. Number #3 Lie "I'll look into it."
Basically, they had my payment for 2 weeks and have no intension on shipping a product this week.

I ordered a very expensive chandellier…

I ordered a very expensive chandellier from these folks, in stock they said...6-weeks later it arrives. No instructions, the box was packed by a child from the looks of it. And most of the wiring is shorted to ground tripping the breakers every time power is applied. So I call their customer service in NJ, who differs to the shipper in CA. The whole set-up is a front for shoddy Chinese made lighting. Your money is best spent elsewhere or you're just giving it away. I would give them a zero but the system will not let me...
UPDATE as of 24 Sep 2020. After some extensive conversations I got through to a supervisor who knew her stuff. They gave me a store credit and I purchased a different style from them, that’s the upside, the downside is an additional 4-week wait to resolve. I’m giving them an additional star. But the fact remains that the NJ crew is a front for a CA crew who is a front for a Chinese crew, be forewarned your experience may be better or worse.

The worst. Proceed with caution.

I ordered an expensive light fixture in April, which advertised to ship in a week. After weeks of no information on order status, and more weeks of no response from their customer service, I was finally told at the end of May that the item had shipped. It is now the end of June, I am stuck contacting multiple freight companies who have handed off the fixture, with no help and no response from Gallery Chandeliers. I should have read these reviews first, and I will NEVER order through them again.

Bad Customer service

Like a previous reviewer. I also received the wrong chandelier. It also had a blown lampholder that should have been picked up when they tested it. If they did test of course! There was no certificate of authenticity. They were very abrupt and absolutely no apology. Just said they would replace the lampholder and send some blue Crystals by post. It was also listed on their site at a different (cheaper) price than the one I paid. They made no comment to that! Also hidden in their terms and conditions it does say assembly is needed but doesn't make that clear in the description. It comes in tiny pieces and needs full assembly. Overall I wouldn't use them again. And would advise on finding another Company to deal with who do give Customer Service.

Awful experience

I ordered a chandelier from ‘gallery chandeliers’ in 11/2019. I received in 12/2019.
I hired an electrical company to install the heavy and large chandelier on my ceiling at my house. Once installed we all noticed that the chandelier they shipped looks different from the one I ordered online.
I reported the matter to their sales associate named ‘Alex’ the rude sales associate raised his voice at me and gave me attitude.
I was told that in fact they had shipped me the wrong item.

I was also said they won’t cover my expense to remove it but I was more than welcome to ship it back.
I paid $750 for installation and to remove it is another $750.
Oh I must mention this: they offered $150 store credit.
This company is unrealistic and very unprofessional based upon my experience.

This is the best company for chandeliers.......

This is the best company for chandeliers , mine and yours. Outstanding customer service . This is my fourth chandelier from gallery and I'll come back for more . I'm always loosing crystals and they always replace , no question ask. Thank you guys at the sales and customer service ,out there in the market you do sell highest grade of product with least money . I'd need few more chandeliers in future and I'll definitely come back to you.
