I started weighing my food recently for nutrition tracking, and Galbani mozzarella has been a huge disappointment.
The package claims a drained weight of 125g, but every single ball I drain and weigh actually comes out to somewhere between 90g and 100g. That means 25 to 35 grams of cheese is just missing every single time.
You’re literally paying full price for over a quarter of a product that isn't in the bag. It’s bad enough to happen once, but the fact that it happens every single time feels plain deceptive.
Save your money and buy a different brand that actually gives you what you pay for.
