DON'T BY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

After ordering and paying I had the same experience like other reviewers. They first tell you there are some delays in shipping, then they will send you a fake Track and Trace number from an address that is just the drop-off point, then they will send you an email telling they will look into it, then they offer you the option for waiting or refund, and after choosing refund most obvious the refund will never come. Again they apologise and will tell you to look into it and pay immediately. I am no 3 weeks don the road and as expected nothing happened. They don't even reply to my last email anymore, stating that the message offends them, that they are hardworking people with good intentions.

Just in case they will dispute this review replying that I did not order anything: for anyone interested I can easily send the order confirmation on request.

I have pressed charges with the police, and the chamber of commerce, and they will follow up on this. If you have been scammed as well, please do the same.

Update: 06-02-2025: As suspected no parcel. I had one more email response asking if I would like my money back or the sets. I opted for the sets. No email again. By now it is obvious that these people are either scammers or very bad at delivering. Will report it to the police if nothing happens in the next days.

I am writing this review to express that my experience so far is very similar to all the others who gave 1 star.

The order was placed and paid for. After enquiring about the delivery (some days later), I was told the delays are due to them receiving so many orders. Eventually a PostNL delivery ticket was registered, but PostNL never received anything. The address turns out to be a PostNL site in Groningen. After emailing them again some days after that, they said they will speak to their contact at PostNL. If not sorted in 48 hours they will resend it via DHL at no cost or refund me. Again, nothing happened and then they said a private courier will deliver the parcels to Belgium and the Netherlands from today 31 January.

I will gladly change this review if I actually receive my order, however I am not confident I will receive anything. And based on experience to date, there will likely be another excuse as to why the private courier failed to deliver the parcels.

Their email communication has been quick every time but unfortunately does not solve anything.

So lets see. If no delivery or refund is received, then the obvious next option is to report this business to the authorities.
