Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 1,215 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the platform for its comprehensive suite of AI tools, all conveniently located in one place, which streamlines their workflow and saves time and money. Many find the user experience intuitive and easy to navigate, making it accessible even for beginners in AI, and appreciate the value for money, often canceling other subscriptions because of this platform's capabilities. The quality of the AI tools, particularly for image and video generation, is frequently highlighted as exceptional, enabling users to create high-quality content efficiently and creatively. However, some customers also noted that credits can be used up quickly, especially during initial experimentation or heavy usage. A few other people also felt that the platform became confusing or less user-friendly after a name change, with some tools they frequently used, like the chat feature, becoming unavailable. There were also mentions of issues with account access, such as lost work and deleted credits, and unexpected account blocks due to excessive usage.

As a full-stack developer

As a full-stack developer, galaxy.ai slashed my toolkit costs from $200+/mo (separate APIs for GPT/Claude/Gemini) to $15/mo Pro plan. Access 350+ models via one dashboard – perfect for code reviews, debugging with Claude 3.5, prototyping UIs with DALL-E/FLUX, and even video demos via Runway.

15M monthly credits stack/never expire – I've banked to 30M+ for heavy lifts like agentic workflows and image gen in apps. Code interpreter, memory, and arena comparisons save hours. Game-changer for indie devs! 🚀

I didn’t expect to become this invested…

I didn’t expect to become this invested in an AI app… but here we are.Galaxy.AI is like walking into a digital playground for productivity. Tthere’s so much to explore that you can genuinely lose track of time (in the best way possible). Every time I open it, I discover another feature that makes me think, “Wait… it can do that too?”What really stands out is how useful it is for building and growing a business. It’s not just flashy tools it actually helps you get things done. Whether I’m brainstorming ideas, organizing my thoughts, or creating content, it feels like I have a full support team in one app. If you’re the type who loves options, efficiency, and a little “wow, this is kinda genius” moment throughout your day, you’ll appreciate this.
Five stars not just for what it does, but for how much easier it makes everything feel.

Outstanding among AI bundlers!

This is the most comprehensive collection of AI tools I have seen out there. With lots of training videos to teach you how to use them. The knowledge alone is worth the price of admission. I started with a one month trial and am planning on buying a yearly subscription.
I started with a set of videos I generated with Kling V3 Pro. It followed my prompts to the letter and delivered awesome results. Next I used The Lip Sync AI on an Image I generated on Leonardo. Stunning results!
Next I cloned a voice for the main character for a show I'm developing called "The Worst Advice Ever". I thought it might be a problem since the host is a full sized stuffed female Bulldog Puppet. The AI Tool handled every aspect of the scene with perfection. It cost a lot of credits just to clone the voice. And the resulting video was also credit intensive but well worth it. Not to mention they give you a generous amount of credits per month. Plus you can get free credits daily by doing tasks and playing their scratcher game. Its really fun.

Disappointing Pricing Sturcutre and Inconsistent Results

My experience with Galaxy.ai has been mixed. While the platform itself is easy to use and offers a variety of tools in one place, I was frustrated by the pricing structure. After already paying $400, I did not expect to be asked for an additional $199 one-time payment just to access the full prompt library and tutorials. That felt misleading and took away from the overall value. I have also run into issues with the video generation feature. Some of the videos created from text prompts were completely off from what I asked or filled with "fluff" so the video was cut short, which ends up wasting credits. It would be helpful to know upfront how many credits each model or task will use prior to generating, so there are no surprises. Overall, the platform has potential, but these issues make it harder to fully recommend right now.

"Galaxy.ai has been a solid addition to my creative toolkit. I love having text, image, and video generation in one dashboard instead of paying for five different subscriptions. Honestly love the app

Honestly love the app, I don’t have to worry about paying any more subscription fees. The credit system is a little confusing but over all I am happy that I can just use whatever tool that’s in here. If there’s a new model like seedance2, you just need to check and to see the update, they are on top of things like this so take advantage of this service now

Galaxy.ai is the best working companion.

Galaxy.ai is not free of charge and at the beginning I found some difficulties, especially to accept debits for works that didn't correspond to my expectations. Later, I figured out that my wrong instructions (or given in a wrong way) were the cause of the failure. Improving my way of drawing up the prompts, really make the final results better and better.

Let’s go ahead and set the record…

Let’s go ahead and set the record straight about Galaxy.ai—because I’ve seen the skepticism, I’ve seen the confusion, and I’ve seen people completely misunderstand what this platform actually is.

Galaxy.ai is not hype.

It’s not a gimmick.

It’s a serious tool—and if you know what you’re doing, it’s a game changer.

And I’m not speaking from theory. I use it. Daily.

Not occasionally. Not testing it out. Daily.

Now here’s where people get it wrong. They come into Galaxy.ai expecting magic. They think they’re going to click a button and instantly get a perfect, polished, Hollywood-level production.

That’s not how this works.

And that’s not a flaw—that’s reality.

Because what Galaxy.ai actually gives you is something far more valuable than a one-click toy. It gives you access. It gives you power. It puts multiple advanced AI tools—voice, video, lip sync, animation—all in one place, under one roof, ready to be used together.

That’s not common. That’s not easy to build. And that matters.

What separates Galaxy.ai from everything else is the ecosystem. You’re not bouncing between ten different platforms trying to stitch something together. It’s all right there, streamlined, accessible, and constantly evolving.

And let’s talk performance—because this is where it earns its respect.

Voice tools? Strong.
Lip sync? When dialed in—impressive.
Image-to-video? More than capable.

But here’s the key—and this is what separates amateurs from creators:

You have to know how to drive it.

Galaxy.ai rewards skill. It rewards precision. It rewards people who understand timing, input quality, and how to guide AI instead of expecting it to think for them.

And when you do?

That’s when it clicks.

That’s when you stop fighting the tool—and start creating with it.

I’ve seen firsthand what this platform can do when it’s used correctly. I’ve taken projects from idea to execution faster than ever before. I’ve experimented, refined, and produced content that simply wouldn’t have been possible—or would have taken ten times longer—without it.

Is it perfect? No.

But let me educate, not fabricate—nothing in this space is.

What matters is this:

Does it work? Yes.
Is it powerful? Absolutely.
Is it worth your time if you’re serious about content creation? Without question.

Galaxy.ai is not here to replace creators.

It’s here to amplify them.

So if you’re looking for a toy, you’re going to miss the point.

But if you’re looking for a platform that puts real creative power in your hands—and you’re willing to learn how to use it?

You’re going to find exactly what I found.

A tool I rely on. Every single day.

And around here, we don’t deal in hype.

We deal in results.

This website and app provide all what you need...

This website and app provide all the necessary tools for creating AI video content. Everything runs smoothly, and after two months of use, I haven't experienced a single crash. Creating is a pleasure because everything we generate or create is added to the libraries along with our descriptions. I praise Galaxy for good reason. There are tons of models; I personally use a few of the main ones needed for production: Nano Banana for creating frames, SeeDance 1.5 Pro/Kling 2.0 for creating video, and ElevenLabs for creating voiceover, sounds, and music. These are just a few of the models available in Galaxy...

This is an awesome experience for tesitng multiple models without emptying your bank account

This is an awesome experience for a novice in AI world. I get to try multiple AI models and decide which one suits best for my needs. Honestly, if I tried this on my own using different models, I could have spent the yearly expense within 5-6 months. This is very useful feature for my needs. And I am sure, it will be helpful to anyone else as well.

Great features, awesome support, and a mobile app I love

I really enjoy using Galaxy.ai and love the mobile app as well. I love all the features, and the support is awesome. My only suggestion would be adding a dark mode for the site, since my eyes are sensitive and I often work late. Overall, I’ve had a great experience.

One of the Few AI Tools Actually Worth Using Right Now

I’ve been really impressed with Galaxy.ai. It’s one of those tools that actually delivers on the promise of making AI useful in a practical, everyday way—not just hype.

The interface is clean, the outputs are consistently strong, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into how people actually work. It’s helped me move faster without sacrificing quality, which is ultimately what matters.

If you’re exploring AI tools right now, Galaxy.ai is absolutely worth your time.
