I bought somewhat expensive item (a graphics card) and it arrived ahead of the planned time, no scratch no bent box, perfect, the app UI/UX is great, but the products are limited, overall, good amazon alternative

Avoid

So, third party delievers goods, customer service has no clue about ongoing avtivities. You need to tell them to conntavlct someone who they should conntact, it is not self explainatory to them. Also, after 10 days(last day of ETA) there is no notification that the goods are simply not available...this site is a joke

Superb experience

absolute scam

I placed an order for a €500 studio monitor on 8 November 2025, and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online store.
The website feels completely unprofessional, and every time I contact support, a new agent appears who has no idea about my case. I’ve had to explain the situation repeatedly, and still nothing has been solved.

According to their website, the order is “delivered,” but I never received anything.
DHL confirmed that the driver couldn’t find my address, which is absolutely not true — I receive packages regularly with no issues. It seems like someone at this company wrote my name or address incorrectly, and now they refuse to take responsibility.

Until today, I have received no package, no refund, and no clear answer.
The support is slow, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.

The worst part?
Support actually told me to just order a new one, instead of taking responsibility for the missing €500 item. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am giving them until Monday, 17 November 2025.
If I don’t receive either my product or my money by then, I will file a police report for fraud and start a legal case. This is unacceptable service, and I strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from this company.

update 21 November 2025 still no respond no contact from them i opened case in the court for fraud and scam and im not backing off because they wast my time and money stay away from this website terrible terrible service and absolute scam

Ordering was no problem

Ordering was no problem. Unfortunately, the discount ended up in the spam folder, which I found later, so I was unable to apply to the purchase. But it arrived on time, now all I need to do is put it together.

Galaxus is a scam
This is my third review for Galaxus. I have been waiting to receive my laptop for 2 months now. They changed the delivery date twice. They offered me to switch to another laptop but never followed through with this (6 days now). Someone should look into their practices. THe delivery dates you see when you order is not REAL. Avoid them. DO not order with them. @galaxus I am not interested in one of your general answers you give to my reviews. Someone should look into your practices. you cannot lie to people like this

Worst experience I had on internet so…

Worst experience I had on internet so far!
I ordered 2 speakers Kali Audio IN-8 at a price not even so cheap (309€ each agaibst the 380€ of other shops).
They delivered me the cheaper model Kali Audio LP-6 (thats worth basically half the money I spent),
After sending back both speakers the same day, in the same package where they came from, without them being used or nothing, I received only half the refund (309€ instead 618€). The return process figures as closed and finished, the support tell me they will process the refund in 2 different times becasue the objects have 2 different codes. This make no sense because they was in the same box, how many days do you need to check iteams that was in the same box?

This looks like they are trying to scam me in any possible way, first with a rong iteam, then with a wrong refund..... this is just the worst experience I ever had while buying online and if it will not be fixed asap I will contact autorities, this was really a scam attempt in every possible way
