Medication is good communication is not the best

Everything started out great! The b process, the interview with the doctor, getting all the right documentation in order. Everything was pretty simple and straightforward. I appreciated that they asked me as many questions as they did and were as thorough as they were. I started the program in March 2026. Everything was consistent and great. They followed up periodically to make sure everything was OK. I was very happy with everything. But then in August when I submitted for my monthly refill, it was denied. I was very confused. So I questioned it. And never got an answer. From anyone except from AI. Then I found a note that a doctor had put on my file saying that they denied the request because of one of the medications I was on. I have been on this medication for five years. This medication was reviewed on intake. My regular doctor wrote a letter giving permission for me to take the GLP one. They have that letter on file. It was never a problem. All of a sudden a random doctor reviewed my file and says no I can’t have a refill. So I tried to get some information on that and I tried to have it re-reviewed. Only AI responded to me. It kept saying it had submitted my request for review. I went for five days. And still no answers. I asked AI if there was a phone number I could call. They said no there was no way to contact a person. There’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI. To this day I still have not heard back from them. I have since started getting my GLP one from another provider. So the experience was really good, but if you have any kind of problem then you’re screwed. Until this happened it was definitely a 5 Star experience. But what if I had a medical issue? And not able to get a hold of anyone? That’s not acceptable. I can’t really recommend them. I would go with someone else if I were you.

I would go lower than 1 if I could.

So the saga began because my wife seamlessly used this service. So I did the same. I paid, talked to a doctor and they said they needed more info. They required labs, I had some labs so I uploaded them. But they had to review them and reschedule the doctor call.

Unfortunately the labs did not have all the things they needed. Okay, understandable. It was July 25 when I paid them and it was now the second week in august but sure. They sent me to the lab website to set up an account. I did. It would not verify me, even with a valid license. The lab support people would not reply. Went back and forth. Gala told me to just "Go in" and have labs pulled. After a lot of back and forth someone finally sent me the paperwork for the labs. So that I could be sure that I would not get charged.

So I go get the labs done. Things should move along now, right? Nope.

I email, I chat with the AI over and over. They don't see my labs. I give them the number. No human ever picks up the problem. I keep going over and over each day trying to get resolution. The AI has not ability to help. It can give platitudes. I ask several times for a person to help me. The AI keeps pushing me off.

At this point it is a FULL MONTH. and I have no prescription. No human follow up and no phone number to call and speak to someone.

This is a perfect example of a broken AI business model. The system works fine if it goes 1-2-3. But if there is a disruption to the flow the system cannot recover. And the customer ends up frustrated and angry. I would not suggest this company. For the last week the AI kept telling me they would get my issue to a person. And no one has gotten back to me.

So at this point I am done. I have been more than patient. And this entire time they have help my money with no service provided.

Gala billed me $547.00 for the 12 month plan and never shipped out the medication. Every time I reached out for a status the AI gave me a non-answer. When I asked for it to be escalated to a person I never received a response. It was over 1 month with nothing resolved and nothing shipped so I cancelled and asked for a refund. I am still asking for a refund and getting the run around with no definitive answer on getting my almost $600.00 back. The number they list on the invoice is not an active number it just redirects you to the help email which is monitored by AI that does not resolve anything. If I could rate my experience as negative 1000 stars I would. I am so frustrated with this experience and exhausted with trying to speak to a real person to resolve this. Either deliver the meds or refund me the costs. It's not hard.

Confused why I have to leave a review.

This company will not replace a vial of medication I paid for but never received. I’ve made countless attempts to have this matter resolved since August 8th when In reported the missing medication. Today is 8/26/2026 and I still don’t have the replacement vial. They are refusing to prorate and refund me for the month, or refund my entire 3 month $597 payment and cancel my membership.! At this point, they have stolen nearly $200 of my money and are refusing to make me whole. Do not sign up with them. They are not to be trusted.

My experience started out good in the first month. Second month I was sent a vile that was open on the top. They wouldn’t replace it the third month the same thing happened and they wouldn’t replace it. So I was given two vials that were unusable and they wouldn’t fix it or give me a refund. Do not buy from them.

If I could give 0, I would. This company is awful. You can't talk to a person. They took my money but said they can't send me the meds due to a glitch in their system. They also can't refund me because it is an AI bot, not a human. I've been trying to get answers for almost a week now but nothing. RUN FAST!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

App won't allow you to move past rating screen to even get to your information and it will only move on if you give 5 stars.

Paid extra to NOT be on their subscription program and they charged my credit card again anyway. Spoke with their AI assistant and it was able to cancel the next order but would not refund what it had already been charged. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
